Yesterday I went in for T-mobile Tuesday and it was pretty busy around 6pm, but I patiently waited and one of the reps named Joey helped me out and he was very professional. Not only was he professional he was very informative and polite. I recommend coming to this T-mobile versus other locations because this store always has things in stock. The employee Joey also assisted me in ordering a new glass cover protector for my phone. If you ever come to this location expect very professional and informative employees. And a shot out to Joey for helping me out during my visit. Oh and make sure to download the t-mobile Tuesday app so you can get random gifts on a Tuesday:) read more

this is the absolute worst T-mobile store ever!!!! There customer service is horrible the girls here are always in a bad mood or something. I called customer service while in store and they were rude to them as well customer service even gave me a credit for having to deal with them. second time coming here should have learned my lesson from the first time. save yourself the headache and drive to a different store. read more

Make sure you double check what they tell you by calling the customer service line- there's certainly a disconnect in the company. My experience with this carrier is that the people working at stores are limited and often cannot resolve an issue. I spoke with the manager Daisy and employee, Cristian C. today and both would not and could not update my sim card. They tell you you must purchase another one for $16. Why must the customer pay for another SIM card if you already have one you have used with that same line just a few weeks ago. I left the store dissatisfied with my visit and feel there's a lack of guidance or customer service to another possible solution. They just follow protocol at this store with an apathetic attitude. read more

Very bad experience. I signed up for the four lines for $100. the guy quoted me a total of $132…read morefor the phone, tax and regulations, insurance and other fees. I then decided to pay off one phone which would drop the payment to $123. I got my first bill and it was for $148!! I went back to the t-mobile store and he said the first bill is always higher so I said fine. My second bill just came and it's for $150!!! I went back again and asked for an explanation. The girl said that's what the government charges. I said that's fine but why was I quoted something and billed something else? She basically brushed it off like it wasn't her problem. I told her it's deceptive practices and the commercials should not say $100 if they're going to charge you 50% more. She blew it off and I said I was going to cancel and she blew it off too. Besides all that the phones have really bad reception. I have to go outside to use it. I'm definitely switching providers. If you want to avoid a headache do not go to T-Mobile!
