He explained what they'd be doing, offered me a drink and the ability to wait and chill and watch a movie if we wanted but we headed out but would've stayed if I had the option. About 2-3 hours later, I followed up, they told me one was fixed and were finalizing the other one. As I was driving there, they called me, told me they were ready. I walked, in, same welcoming experience, they even set me up with screen protectors and cases, it was a great overall experience. On top of that, there is a very unprofessional attitude. In one particular instance, I had an issue with one of my accounts where I was being suddenly overcharged. When I inquired the rep at the store, they were unable to explain the sudden charge and offered to switch to another plan promising that this time around, they would not change the rate (although from previous experience I could tell that was an empty promise). When I explained to the employee that I just wanted to understand why I was suddenly changed of plans without my consent and what guarantee I could have that the same wouldnt happen again if I were to switch to this newly proposed plan, the employee turned defensive and completelly dismissive, giving me the customer care number and promptly turning to scroll through instagram in their own cellphone. After a couple of minutes of me waiting to talk over the phone to a customer rep, the employee called their friend/relative and starting having a very loud conversation right in front of me, about their personal affairs, while I was there waiting to get my account issues sorted out. After that, whenever I would ask the employee a question, the answer would be short, cold, dismissive and a little aggressive, showing a slight hint of what I thought was resentment or a cold shoulder. I got very upset about the demeanor the employee assumed and promptly left the store to sort out my account issue elsewhere. Extremelly unprofessional behaviour that completelly changed my perception of cricket as a company and their services. I would avoid this location if possible.
