I walked in on a whim as I keep getting storage full oop up in my phone but I knew I paid for extra storage SOMEWHERE. I decided to stop in at the TMobile on Pleasanthill in Duluth and I am so glad I did. The guy who helped him without hesitation was BEYOND amazing!!! He could've given me a vague answer and sent me on my way but he AND another gentleman were SO courteous! The main guy is name Ryan, thank you Ryan for being simply amazing. You never how rough someone's day is going and how one silly error can messed up a persons day and by you taking the time to help me I appreciate you dearly! To the other gentleman, I walked out before getting my his name but it was a (I assume) Filipino guy, he too was SUPER proactive and kind! I truly hope both of their managers see this! read more

Highly upset with this place i been a t mobile customers for 10+ years and worked for t mobile for 5 years and last night this location made me pretty upset. All i wanted to do was buy a phone which i called ahead of time to make sure that it was available and in stock , got the ok and showed up around 7:30 the store was pretty crowded but i made it in before closing time 8pm. Anywho what made me mad was the fact i waited 24 mins just to be told i couldn't buy a phone when it was my turn due to my ID being expired wow I'm trying to figure out what my ID has to do with me buying a phone i have a account and want to change my phone simple, I'm here to verify my own account the name on the account match my ID so what's the problem Anywho i ended up not being able to purchase the phone because they wouldn't allow me to verify my account with out my ID You would of thought i was in a Apple Store when it was only T-Mobile smh . read more

Worst customer service. They have been giving me the runaround for 2 months. Still have not refunded my $1200 for phone I never received.

Worst experience. The two employees at the front checking customers in were exremely rude. I was on the wait list and was told the wait about 20min. I told the employee I'd be back in 5-10mins and she said OK. I come back and asked if it's my turn yet and she replies I'm next. Three more customers are called (who came way after me) so I ask why no one called me. She THEN proceeds to tell me I had been removed from the wait list. I then hear her talk yell out loud as I sit back "IF YOU'RE OUT YOU'RE OUT". She could've mentioned it the whole time i was waiting right in front of her, instead of wasting my time and making snarky remarks behind my back. read more

I would not recommend this location. Maybe because they merged with Sprint, maybe the reason their prices are so high... All I know is that last year when I was trying to switch out my phone something seemed off about their pricing. I went to this location this year to switch out my phone again and I was quoted a $200 price to upgrade my phone. I ended up going to a different T-Mobile and left with a similar upgrade for a new phone but only paid $50. My advice would be to shop around whole using Tmobile services. Not all locations prices are the same. read more

I had a question about T-mobile Tuesday app and the deals on the app, but she disregarded my question and said that the deal was not for everyone, the deal was for non-T-mobile users. 1st: the app is for T-mobile users 2nd: she did not take a look at my phone for appraisal 3rd: her subordinates did not respect her I like T-mobile, but the service I received was bottom shelf. read more

I have been a T-Mobile customer over 15 years and I never have a problem with this store before until I meet a lady called Samantha who claims a manager, who has a big attitude towards a customer which I asked her simply thing but she came up with a rude attitude and unable to assist just because I wasn't there to purchase. The worst customer service a company could offer. I walked in and stood at the counter for an associate to put me on the waiting list. Waited about 5 minutes. An associate walks out of the back and says hello. I say hello back. His next question was " are you new?" I let him know I was waiting to be put on the waiting list. He proceeds to ask me how I got in if they closed 3 minutes prior... the time was now 7:03PM. As mentioned, I walked through the front door and waited for assistance. He kept looking me up and down and I just left. Beyond rude. The time online said that the store closed at 8 which was the only reason I showed up. I switched to T-mobile recently and I came here to get service. My wife and I purchased the family plan or the T-mobile One plan. So far so good. We have wonderful service. They have plenty of staff and a wide selection of phones. Only con is they have a lot of customers and I waited for someone to finally get to me but other than that everyone is very polite. they explain everything prior to purchase. read more

I brought a new IPhone Pro Max and Christina was absolutely awesome in helping me set up my new phone and assisted me in erasing my old phone. As an older customer I really appreciated her patience, and her extensive knowledge. Sprint just merged w/ T-Mobile and she was able to figure out the two systems with ease. I had nothing but problems with T-Mobile day after day, week after week, month after month. Finally in February of this year, 2016, after months and months of frustration, I switched to AT&T. To add insult to injury, they would not accept their equipment back and insisted I had to pay for it. I am an elderly disabled woman without much money. I was told by T-Mobile that unless I kept my account for the "free" tablet open I would have to pay the entire amount for the equipment immediately. I could not afford to pay the entire amount. So every month I pay for the data for the tablet, even though I don't use it, in addition to the fee for the equipment. This money comes out of my food budget which is very lean to begin with. I cannot recommend T-Mobile. read more

Tmoblie suck and,I advise everyone not to use this company. In May I brought new Samsung Galaxy s6 and in June the phone stop working. It was replace but a month later I had the same issue. So Tmoblie continue sending me phone that didn't work so I cancel my service. Instead of offering me different phone. Tmoblie kept sending me refurbished phones that no longer work. read more

Purchased a pre-paid plan from this store. I did not have service, the tower was supposedly down. I called every second day from another phone to get them to give me service. They just kept extending my account. Finally I called and asked them just to cancel, I was informed they would refund me by a pre-paid card in the mail. Now they have gone back on their word.
