NEVER EVER get AT&T!!! They will screw you over every chance they can because there is no communication between their departments so no one actually knows what is happening. They do not honor any promotions that they send you Or any conversations that they have with you so always get proof In writing. Have a email sent to you And open that email before you get off the phone with them to make sure you have proof of what they've told you. May the lord be with you if you ever have to contact customer service. None of their customer service employees are from the United States (think they use a call service from India or china). So, if you're thinking of signing up, TURN BACK NOW before they lock you in. Cecilia was great!! She took very good care of us. We came here because Verizon was VERY VERY terrible!! Ever since 5G came out, we have been constantly battling service issues and been on and off toggling using the internet; it just shouldn't be that hard! So we came here to get help and relief and they were able to walk us through the process and get us setup ASAP! I also recently learned AARP is open to all ages now, so if you're moving over to them you can get a discount on activation fees, etc. Not sure why they have 2 stars, but certainly was a 5 star experience! read more

I came in to return a new phone that was no longer needed and i sat in the lobby for 30 mins one person spoke to me for 1 minute and never returned. In the meantime other customers came in after me and reserve before me. There were more than enough associates at the time to assist me. read more

Came in just to hand off a cell phone for trade in after being sold one by customer service over the phone. Was told by an angry looking lady that I was third in line. I sat around and waited 15 minutes before walking out along with another customer who was tired of waiting. Just make sure you eat a meal before you come here because it takes forever. I was returning merchandise. I had my receipt with me and the box wasn't even open. In most places, this would have taken less than 5 minutes. Scan the receipt, process the return, refund and credit.... Unfortunately, this store is a mess. Their folks that work there , lounge around, talking to each other , rather than help the folks in line. It was horrible. How long did I have to wait? One whole hour. They had plenty of help, but the store manager was not getting things done fast. It's just horrible to see customer wait that long. They had some low stools around and I spotted 2 kids / toddlers sleeping on them... yeah... ATT...and the store manager.... wake up.... I got new internet and streaming tv 2 months ago. My internet acts like they old dialup service. Being at home with this pandemic situation tv is your only entertainment it is very frustrating. If you can't get it fixed let me cancel my contract and go somewhere else. I am supposed to have the fastest service. Also, I was supposed to get a $100 gift card that I never received. Very slow process and procedures to even see a representative. Employee Brianna Bates has the worst attitude and very unprofessional. I asked her simple questions about plans and she became very disrespectful and rude when she did not know the answers to my questions. The Manager Yuli was very unhappy when I expressed my displeasure with the customer service I received from her staff. I'm changing my plan to another carrier after my experience at this store. I've been an att client for over 20 years. Have multiple cellular lines, home phone, internet, and Directv. I recently ordered a new phone and it arrived with a cracked screen. I call back att and they said I could take it Into the store if I had the original box, which I did. Then the store tells me that can't do that and I have to call support. So I do that and was not helped at all. They said I could send the phone back, and re do my order, but just could take up to 2-3 weeks. And in the mean time I could go to Walmart to buy a temporary phone. or I could go to apple and buy a phone thru them. I guess it's time for me to move to comcast and T-Mobile. read more

Unfortunately there is no option to post zero stars. We had an absolutely awful experience! Me and my husband were getting internet service installed at our new house and we were promised by Daniel Semrad that there will be no installation fees due to new customer discount plus $100 visa gift card was supposed to come in the mail within 4-6 weeks. To our surprise our first bill had extra $99.00. Not to mention - still no gift card. Coming to the store twice didn't help much. Their manager Victoria absolutely ignored me. She gave me 1-800 number and offered no help. Avoid this store at all cost! read more

Never buy a gift accessory from this store as their return policy is 14 days from date purchased. Does not matter how long you have been a loyal customer (Bellsouth Mobility, Cingular, AT&T wireless). In my case, I purchased bluetooth speaker in November for a Christmas gift. Unit had not been used and I tried to return it after Christmas. They said I had to return it back in November. The return policy isn't on the receipt. You have to go to the internet to find out about the return policy. Regardless, almost every other business has a reasonable return policy exception around Christmas. read more

Not sure why other people are having issues with this store, however, my experience here was awesome. This is not my first time being here, but never had any issues with any rep here. In fact, this time, I had went in here for an upgrade and a very nice gentleman named, Corey, was fantastic. He took the time to explained to me the difference of the Next plan versus the 2yrs contract one, and how to save big bucks. Not to mention he helped me track down the last available new iPhone 6s Plus with the specific color and size that I wanted, late, near closing time. Overall, I'm very happy with the service here and will be back for any other service, and to recommend any one who looks for a great service in searching for your next phone purchases. No doubt there'll be a bit wait just like any big corporate store like this, so plan ahead if you don't want to be late for any of your important event. i'm only giving this place 1 star for the employee who actually helped me. i have never been so dissatisfied with phone service. so, here's the deal. awhile back, i was told my fabulous nokia brick phone would no longer be working on the at&t network anymore. the phone was purchased used off ebay for $8 and still works today, 15 years later. i had to go into the store and get a free upgrade. no biggie, right? um, no. i went in and explained the situation to the guy at the front. so i went to take a quick look at their free upgrade phones to see which one was easiest to use. i HATE smartphones. i don't even have text messaging on my phone. i got a LOT of run around regarding what used phones i could buy from both this store (which i figured would happen) and AT&T when i called. i am not happy about that because well, i think the phones they have available these days are crap compared to my nokia brick. i have better call quality and only charge that damn thing 1x/week. yeah. so anyways, this store is set up where you have to put your name down on a waiting list with one of the guys who walks around the store carrying an ipad feeling important. this is SO inefficient! it would be much better to do the old paper ticket system they used years ago at the deli counter and have those ridiculous ipad people actually selling to customers! after i had approached 20-30 minute wait, i went and asked a lady named michelle a question regarding my free upgrade. she went up to the ipad waiting list guy and said something to him. he went ahead and put in a request that michelle would be the person helping me. i didn't request her and honestly, i wouldn't have cared, BUT michelle LEFT almost immediately after and went on her LUNCH BREAK. i saw customer after customer get helped before me, probably because they were buying iphones and not getting a free upgrade like yours truly. even when i spoke to the ipad waiting list guy, he beat around the bush. i also approached a man named aftab regarding my VERY long wait. i was beaten around the bush again and told to wait. i honestly think these people just simply did not want me in their store. finally, after about 70 minutes, and my poor boyfriend about to be very late for work, i started to really speak up. FINALLY, we were helped by a nice man (wish i could remember his name) who got the free upgrade (which is not as good as my nokia brick) ready to go and sent us on our way. i feel bad that he seems to be the only person who actually works in this pathetic excuse of a store. this wouldn't have been an issue if at&t wasn't making it so my old nokia would no longer work. this wouldn't have been an issue if at&t customer service would let me know which used phones would actually work on their new network. people wonder why i buy old phones off ebay. this headache is why! i am sorry i cannot afford your smartphones and data plan. if it was just me paying for my own plan, i would choose net10 or ting. don't bother with these guys if you want basic phone service. read more

Faiza, an associate who was helping me with my account upgrade, was polite and tried her best to explain and fix a problem that I was having. She notified the manager, Justin, of the problem that I was having, but he was extremely rude from the start and didn't even try to find a solution for my problem. He pretty much told me that he can't do anything, and that if I have a problem with it, I should call customer service. Rather than trying to understand the problem that I was having, and attempting to facilitate a solution, he was rude and had very poor customer service skills. I called att national customer service and they saw the issue immediately, fixed it within a matter of minutes, and made sure that I was happy with my service. This branch (Justin, the retail manager at least) is not a good representation of the customer service that I expect from AT&T. read more
