5/6/2025 David and Ivan were great. My battery was replaced…read morein less than 20 minutes and I had a nice conversation with David. He has been there 15 years. He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.

I went to the Pleasant Hill Rd location In Duluth GA. They were exceptional!!!! My iPad Pro had a…read morebroken screen and the crack was pretty substantial. It also had a bend in the middle of the iPad (from falling onto the floor.) I had taken the iPad to another local store who wouldn't invest the time and energy to fix it. So I tried uBreakiFix. I had seen many of these stores all over the Atlanta area, and was willing to take a chance. The sales associate quoted me $269 (labor included) The other store quoted me $99 for labor alone. But more importantly, they had the screen in stock and they had it fixed in 4 hours. They said they would text me when it was ready, but when they had not texted.by 6:30, , which is close to their 7 pm closing time, I took a chance and drove to the store. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish, but those are minor inconveniences in a superb job. I could not recommend this store more highly.

I tried a couple times to get in contact with a mobile service that was recommended on the NextDoor app but they never replied until I was in route to Quick Fixer but the quote from STR was about three times the price and was going to take about a week as they were going to have to order the screen and estimate 5-7 days and then a couple more to install it. I have been in several Metro PCS locations lately and found there are some differences in the…read morestores. So after doing a bit of research found that there are random stores and corporate stores, prices and specials can vary at each I was going to be doing business at the later. This location is a "corporate" being that Metro PCS decides what specials and price changes are to be made not some random owner trying to stuff his pockets with my hard earned cash. What had I been waiting for, well a birdie told me last month that soon my model of android was going to need to be turned in. Metro had merged with another company that doesn't use the same sim card, for the inconvenience Metro was giving a $50.00 credit and waiving $15.00 transfer fee. Do the math makes sense right ? Today was time to turn it in the battery was burning up to quickly, loosing it's charge and pissing me off. Last week I had gone on line and looked at two different phones.one being the LG F60 after arrived found it had dropped from last weeks price by $50.00 Woop Woop. I got a case and was on my way for less than $ 22.00. Glad I did my homework.

When I grew tired of playing the when will it be ready game, I told them I'll just come get it and take it to Apple. I had a feeling they weren't experienced enough. When I showed up to retrieve my iPad, he told me it was not ready, and can I come tomorrow. I showed up the next day, during normal business hours, and the store was locked. Closed up for the day. So I returned the following day, to an iPad that was STILL in pieces. When he handed me the iPad it had not one screw in there to hold it together. The screen was not in place, none of the components were in its proper places and he couldn't find the power cable that was left with it. When I left this store I ended up just throwing the whole iPad in the trash. I will never return to this store. Thank you Gerald, for nothing!!
