I encountered a problem getting an e-sim for my new iPhone 14 at T-Mobile. There was an issue with provisioning that caused a delay in service for a couple of days. Store manager Jason did an exceptional job researching the situation and went above and beyond to assist me. Jason took a situation which could have resulted in me canceling 2 phone lines with T-Mobile, and changed it into me staying with T-Mobile as a very satisfied customer. Very unprofessional, a group of employees huddled at the register openly discussing an adult joke in detail while customers are standing around awaiting help. Another employee actually sitting on the desk at the register with his back turned to a customer who is asking him a question. He never turned around, get up or even acknowledge the customer w any eye contact but answers his question and continues his conversation with the other employees. I went in this store just looking on some answers about an international plan. I finally switched my plan right then and there. They made it very easy and they were both really nice. The manager, i believe was Michael, however i can't remember the gal's name, but she was awesome. so, yes, i would recommend them and i will be back there for all my cell needs. read more

The one star is for the convenient location. However, major problems arise when they take advantage of the Korean population in Duluth who don't speak English. This is not a review of T mobile, which it's a fine carrier, but of this particular store. My parents were essentially swindled to switch from Sprint to T mobile, and after paying significant amount of charges and undergoing unnecessary headaches, we have wasted a lot of time, energy and money, and left with absolutely no responsibilities or rebates fulfilled. read more

The staff is very friendly, helpful and know everything about their carrier and the phones they sell. I have never waited more than 5 minutes, and then got taken care of very quickly. They know their business. They are very professional, and are very courteous to their customers. Very convenient location near Super Hmart. I have been their customer for a while and will not go to another shop. read more

Lol t-mobile has garbage customer service. Too many incompetent people. I bought a prepaid plan and the service didn't work. Had to call customer service for days. Fuck you all, by the way. I kept getting transfered and put on hold. What a waste of time. After two days of calling customer service and losing money I could had me with a working plan, I got fed up and asked for a refund... it's been 10 days and still no refund. I now use mintSim Mobile and it worka, it's waaaay cheaper and it doesn't have as shitty customer support as t-mobile. read more

This is one of the few T-Mobile stores I will go too. There is always are LONG wait at the other stores; however, at this location I'm always seen almost right away. The Store Manager Ji Kim is always helpful. He's always honest and I truly appreciate that when trying to make a decision on a phone. read more
