I previously had a bad experience on line with their customer service trying to order a new iPhone along with some accessories! For some reason they couldn't get my orders right on my accessories so I decided to cancel the order.( I had my phone ordered on a separate order ) I clearly stated to the representative that I ONLY wanted to cancel the order with the accessories and she agreed to it by repeating it back to me TWICE, but yet she still ended up canceling my phone order too and I wouldn't had known until my wife suggested we call them and have them resend the order correctly and that's when the next customer service representative stated my phone order was canceled as well. I was pissed!!.. because the previous representative said she had it taken care of but obviously she had no clue what she was doing. So after being told about the previous screw up my wife and I asked to speak to a supervisor and we were put on hold for at least 20 minutes until we finally realized we were hung up on. So to try and make a long story short my customer service experience over the phone along with on line service has been a nightmare so I'm glad I was able to go into the store and get the service I needed!.

The staff was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting with my issue, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. They barely listened to my concerns and gave short, condescending responses. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Verizon needs to seriously train their employees in basic customer service and respect. If you value good service, avoid this location at all costs!
