This is my experience here. This is not counting the kindness of the employees. This is more of a review on policies, procedures, and training given them. This is a copy of the letter I sent the District Manager. I added the Post Script. Dear: I am reaching out to you to make you aware of a total breakdown of your systems for serving your customer. From purchasing, to training, to knowledge of the vendors you work with, my experience has been a total disaster! I bought a phone from an independent T-Mobile location in Central Falls, RI on Dexter astreet. It was a Samsung A32. It was purchased 9n 3/17/2022. I am a Sprint customer that was absorbed by T-Mobile. I also was a Metro PCS customer for years. The phone spazzed out and wasn't working for days. I spent no less that 12 hours IN YOUR STORE over multiple days trying to resolve this. Once, I spent 5 hours in your store, and twice stayed 30 minutes after closing. Once, it necessitated me having to buy an umbrella due to the rain that was occurring once I left the building. I just today received my phone. I was told, as well as your representative, via the speakerphone feature, that I would have to wait until the next business day to receive my phone back from Samsung. Samsung refused to work on the phone unless they had a receipt. I had given the receipt to your representative before I sent the phone off to be repaired. Samsung wanted a receipt, but I have now thrown it away. So, they sent it back unrepaired. This is NOT a good model, and in my opinion, should not be on the shelves. One of your employees had this model and gave it back because he had issues with it also, As a matter of fact, it's hanging up in the store. A customer showed an interest in buying a m A-32 while I was there and immediately, due to everything I've gone through over the last two weeks, told the customer, that the phone was not available. Your employees did NOT know if UPS could pick up the phone at my house ( which UPS can for a charge, unless Samsung pays for it ) and I ended up walking half an hour in 70 plus degree heat to drop the phone off at an Advanced Auto Parts store. TWO managers there have told me face to face that there's NOTHING they can do for me. This is why you are receiving this email. The employees were accommodating and kind and gave me a chair to sit on while I was sitting in the store trying to get a work this out. I look forward to hearing back from you. So I went there yesterday to switch from Sprint to Tmobile, first the line is horrible there's only 3 people and they don't do first come first serve, it's just whoever go close to the associate first then they will assist you. When I finally get assist by a associate name Julia Goncalves, I told her I wanted to switch and I'm still under sprint contract she said that's fine because t mobile will pay off my phone and my bill. So I was like oh great! She did the process, she made me call Sprint for my account number and she charge me of $26 for t mobile sim card, she also get my bank account information. All the process has done she put the sim on my phone and it didn't work she called her co worker to ask and they ask me if my phone is unlocked I said no, I clearly said I'm still under Sprint and they mentioned t mobile will pay off my balance there that's why I agree to switch. The other lady said they only do that with Verizon not with Sprint so why in the first place they going to tell me that t mobile will pay off my balance at sprint if they only do that in Verizon. So end of the story I could not switch, got no service from sprint because of transferring, paid my sim card for $26 and mind you when I try to reimburse the $26 they told me that sim card could not be returned. I stayed on that store for 2 hours because they kept on assisting customers while assisting me. I literally cried while I was there because of the hassle I encounter. The lady even told me to come back tomorrow to deal with the manager about me wanting to have back my $26 for the sim. Store number is 4422 read more
