Great welcoming vibe as soon as I got there. This one employee there by the name of Abraham was especially helpful. He is very patient and understanding, but what I love most is that he gives undivided attention to each customer. I will definitely come back to this location for all my cellphone needs because of him. read more

Super glad we decided to go to this T-Mobile location! We got the best customer service we've received from any cell phone service company store ever. Elaine started out the process and then Mark took over. Both were very pleasant and extremely helpful! They took their time explaining everything and answering all our many questions. They took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a phone and plan and helped us select what was best suited for us. They even stayed after closing hours to finish up our transaction and did it with such a positive attitude. We had to return the next day so they could help us back up/restore our phones and again...awesome service! I'd recommend anyone to go to this specific store based on these two alone. They deserve major kudos and recognition. read more

Came in after work to pre-order the S10+ while they still got the promo. Welcomed by the associates and went straight to business. Mark helped explain the full procedures from trade in credits, to billing breakdown via the promo! He made it short and simple and didn't try to upsell me any add-on! Great stand up dude. read more

The management at this store needs serious work. I was doing a warranty exchange. I got the text message on my phone saying it was there. I called the store and was told by multiple people that the phone had not arrived. The said it may arrive on Saturday. I called again on Saturday multiple times inquiry if the UPS driver had delivered yet, and whether not my phone had arrived. I gave them my info and they again said it had not arrived (i called multiple times). I then called t-mobile to get a tracking number. They said my phone arrived there on friday and instructed me to go pick it up. I then did a factory reset. I went to get my phone and the girl was going to hand me my device until the last screen prompted her Management needs serious work. Went to pick up a phone that was delivered two days ago. They were having issues on what authority each manager gets. The rep "Tiffany"who was very nice was processing my warranty exchange couldn't do so at the end because it was not in their computer inventory. The manager was called "Edgar" his response was "your just going to have to wait till Monday and check back to see if it got processed" ......no he didn't. I called when I got home they called him and apparentlly got the same attitude. I cancelled it and had them ship it to me and prorate my inconvenience. I then get a call back telling me they magically where able to log it in. Well at this point since it was cancelled I couldnt pick it up. ...... Never again am I going to this franchise. read more

The saying "1st impressions goes a long way" will stick with us when it comes to this TMOBILE store! The friendy "I GOT U" customer service we got from Edgar & Eileen is how c/s is suppose to be. There was not 1 time we got an "I'm sorry we cant" "I don't know" "That's not possible"...it was only "Let's see what we can get for you " "Yes we can help you with that" "No problem WE GOT YOU"... past experience at other PHONE stores does not come close. My sister niece and I walked out of TMOBILE not only with NEW PHONES &a free Tablet but with satisfaction of the service we received as well as understanding what we paid for & the breakdown of it all! Edgar went OVER & BEYOND his service to help us...we received it from being greeted as we walked in til we were walking out!!! We most definitely recommend this TMOBILE store for your cell phone needs...ask for Edgar &/or Eileen....their determination and friendliness in helping you and making your needs priority is what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE (in CAPS). Questions were not left unsatisfied....THANK YOU Edgar & Eileen for making our 1st time experience (in your store) 1 to remember. read more
