Enter Luis who helped us. He did everything with ease using our own phones. Honestly, I kinda felt like a fool at how easy it was ordering new units simply by using the T-Life app which is what he did. (But I was already in the area, so why not...) But being an expert and all, the whole process would have been faster with him anyway. He was friendly, he answered our questions without hesitation and overall a good person to work with. We were outta there sooner than anticipated. Not my usual T-Mobile store, but definitely recommending Luis.

I've been a long time T-Mobile customer and usually have no problems with fairly quick customer service over the phone, but in this case I needed to close my internet account (due to poor service in my new neighborhood) and all of a sudden I just couldn't seem get through to anyone before I had to keep hanging up to nurse my crying infant or tend to my demanding toddler. With that said I decided to take a trip into the store where I was greeted right away and taken care of by Pedro. His customer service was excellent and he handled things immediately. I had my toddler and infant with me so I wanted to get in and out as soon as possible... I was really fortunate that he was so professional and understood that I needed to be taken care of quickly without me having to explain that my kids are ticking time bombs.
