I was quoted differently on the phone with associate. Then the in person gave me different quote. Only to be told they did it wrong and gave me ANOTHER quote. Then to be told I need to deposit pretty much the price of the entire phone. Could have been told this early on and I wouldn't have wasted time. if I could give this store 1 star, I would. i'm not sure who exactly thought that Kali would be the best fit to be a manager at the store. But she is completely disrespectful and needs to be fired. She talks back and obviously does not know how to give anyone good customer service. When I came here to return my phones she was very confrontational, and as I was walking out the door when I spoke my mind about how rude she was to me she said "bye b****" Will be in contact with the CEO. She does not deserve any customer service jobs. I would never want anyone to go to her for anything that has to do with t-mobile. Though she is the manager. Not the best costumer service Tmobile I've been to. I was initially greeted by the store manager and asked about upgrading my phone. I wanted to know the difference between the Xs and the Xr to which he said there is no noticeable difference to the naked eye, the only difference was the camera, size of the phone, and processing speed (well there is also a weird area on the Xr where the speaker is which cuts off part of your screen). He told me things needed to be back up before they could do it and said the store was not able to help me back it up (which another location offered me that they would do). When I returned to switch over my phone later on in the day, the manager turned me over to one of his new associate, who was great and really pleasant to talk to. Although the process of switching my phone over took over an hour and a half. I asked what the exchange policy was if I was unhappy with my phone and was told that I can return it within 14 days and get a different one. Well, I got buyer's remorse and wanted a different phone, and when I returned a week later to switch it over, they said I couldn't without paying a $50 restocking fee and I would have to pay full price for the other phone because the promotion was over. THIS WAS NOT CONVEYED TO ME WHEN I FIRST GOT MY PHONE. He did not do anything to help or try to fix the situation in anyway, nor was there an apology that was offered for getting me the wrong information. I have been to other T-Mobiles before where they are helpful and seems to want you as a costumer, not this store - they could care less. read more

I added an authorized user to my account and had her go into this store so they could set up the sim card TMobile mailed to me. The store manager, Tyler, told her she wasn't an authorized user, and took the sim card she brought in. I called the store to figure out what was going on, and before I could even finish explaining what I was trying to accomplish, he interrupted me and eventually told me to "shut up" and proceeded to tell me there was no discrepancy on his end and told me to go to another store because I wasn't welcome there. I found it funny how he was able to tell me all of this without even asking for my passcode or verifying I was the account holder. He might be the store manager, but he has no customer service skills when it comes to customers that are not satisfied. I hope that phone call was recorded because it needs to be used to teach Tyler how a manager should stay professional and not act like a team member. Must be newly promoted. I truly hope his district manager gets involved so he doesn't treat other Tmobile customers like this. read more
