I bought a phone from here 2 months ago, Galaxy S7. The sales rep said there was a use it or lose it $250 in free accessories. He also said I should change my plan and save $20 a month. He said I never used over 2GB of data and 5GB was too much. I switched plans and took the accessories. Ever since I changed plans as recommended, I now run out of data halfway through my cycle! In 8 years with t-mobile, I never ran out of data. On top of that, my bill went up $40 because they never credited me for the accessories! After over an hour on the phone with t-mobile, they say I have to go into the store to get the credit and re-adjust my bill. Huge waste of time and not happy. Considering leaving t-mobile after 8 years. Find another location to buy your phone. read more

Everything went perfect. I came in because I was having issues. David was my worker. He fixed everything. He knew more about Tmobile than customer service. He's everything! This is the worse form of customer service ever and as a loyal customer of T Mobile I am researching other companies. My phone was mailed to this store. I'm in desperate need of my phone because I am a high risk pregnancy. After over a week of no notification of the phone ready for pick up I decided to call T Mobile on 7/30 after hours of tracking the phone had gotten to this store the day after overnight service. Signed by Rep B, 7/22@1:44pm. The Phone rep asked Me to call the store they said my phone was not there. I called back customer service they took hours but got back to Me and begged I go to the store with the tracking number and my phone will be there and He apologized because He tried reaching the store directly but no one was answering. I got my high risk self over to the store got there, only one Customer at the counter and one sitting waiting I called the store to see if they would answer cause clearly thaw store was not busy. No answer Ofcourse. Anyway,The very rep who signed for my device( which is fully paid for) said no phones got there for Me I explained that Customer Rep B had signed for it 7/22 @1:44 pm The other Rep blutted our the TMobile DONT track packages. (He is soo busy as to not answer the phone for hours, but could be all up into my convo with Rep B) I asked if T Mobile don't track packages then how did I get access to this info? Did I make it up? Cust Rep B ( Same Rep who signed for my device) Went to the back and came back with a device box pretending to play around with His computer. I asked is this my device He said hold on. Meanwhile I was on the phone calling customer rep to try to figure out what was going on. I stepped out the door. Cust Rep B ( who signed for my device never attempted to say anything else to Me.) I simply sat on my vehicle right in front the store. The Rep over the phone apologized and was trying to figure out what happened to my device. Cust Rep put Me on hold and called the store so We both could listen in other the phone, with the intent to try to resolve the issue. Cust Rep at the store B who signed for the device and it mysteriously disappeared RUDELY, said He has answered about 6 phone calls about my device today and hung up the phone on US. I wonder if this store has a hands on manager because this certainly is not good customer service for any Company. Point blank something dishonest is going on here. You signed for my device it disappears and You give no account, don't care and even rude about it while I'm without my phone. SHAME SHAME SHAME AT THIS STORE AND TMOBILE FOR HAVING SUCH REP BE THEIR FACE. I'll never ever go back there and recommend no one else do. Something is not right about this store. Shame on Mr B. So glad I switched from at&t to T-Mobile!! Never have to worry about going over my data ever again! Love this location also. All the employees were super friendly and knew what they were doing!!
