She recently purchased internet service and when I tried connecting her service, there was an issue which prompted us to come to the store. There was a young lady there, only one, and she was very attentive with helping my grandmother and her issue. Turns out they have to order a new one by overall, I think this place has great offers for a low price. People on fixed incomes like my grandmother can really appreciate their offers.

My old phone, which I've had for four years, has been on the decline recently. That said, I came…read morehere with my mom yesterday to upgrade my phone. Overall, the experience was just okay. I was thankful we got there when it wasn't crazy busy, but it definitely started to pick up after noon. It took awhile to get everything situated. Our salesperson might have been new, as he seemed a little nervous and confused. Additionally, he seemed like he was still learning about all of the current deals and how the Verizon store switched over phones etc. However, another salesperson was extra helpful at explaining things. I believe his name was Jason, but I'm not positive. Jason was great at clarifying details and knew a lot about special deals and plans. Technology is often slow, so the time wasn't an issue, although I think our guy was also still learning and took longer than usual. This wouldn't have been frustrating, but it soon became so because he kept trying to upsell. Since he wasn't super aware of the plans, he wasn't great at explaining what these deals were. For example, he said we would get "a free iPad" with the purchase of a phone. However, you have to get service on that iPad and so on, so the iPad isn't free. When this kept on happening, it was distracting him from transferring my phone data over and extended the process. The persistent, poor attempts at upselling made the experience feel repetitive and painfully awkward. Nonetheless, I got what I needed at the end of the day and it was a good deal! Just make sure you have a lot of time on your hands before coming here... it's more time consuming than the DMV!

WARNING, WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!…read more This place is the worst to buy a bike. The team is only concerned with the extended warranty. They are a bunch con artist. It is all about the money with them. I have never felt so sleezy leaving a place before. Stay away from this place. Whoever is running this place needs to have a class on customer service. The are so rude and entitled because they wear a Harley shirt. My extended warranty paid for those shirts I'm sure, because it didn't cover anything on my bike. NOT NOTHING. Keep in mind bike my was brand new and the extended warranty that I was pressured to purchase covered NOTHING. Run, roll, glide, or walk far far away from Teds Harley. Check your pockets after you leave, they want every nickel you have since the pennies are gone. I DO NOT recommend. The moment you ring that bell they let out a giggle, "We got another one."

Pricing for the move was good, service was excellent, arrived on time and there experts in the safe industry. I have used other safe moving companies before, the previous safe moving company significantly scratched the front and sides of the safe, they have denied they caused the problem. If you need a safe or to have a safe moved I highly recommend Baumann Safe Company, they have been in business for over 150 years, use GSA certified technicians, experts in the safe industry and overall an excellent company. Going forward if I must move my safe again I will only use the Baumann Safe Company.

My wife's rings were loose enough to spin on her finger but still barely fit over her knuckle. Charles Marks, the owner, came out to give us the suggestion of adding small balls to the inside of the ring. This prevents spinning but allows it to fit over her knuckle. Plus, we got an unexpected surprise....a dozen free roses for Valentine's Day! (Special limited offer). Provided by Stelo Flower & Wine Bar in Wentzville. Marks has all 5 star reviews and there is a reason for that. They are great! For any future jewelry needs we will definitely go to Marks.
