I highly recommend working with Alexis, if you can! She went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. I initially was scheduled to move into a new home, and was told to go ahead and set up all services/utilities; water/lights/gas/cable/internet. Needless to say, the agent was unaware that another person had rented the home already. So I had to cancel ALL of the services a week after starting them. Alexis cancelled my Spectrum account and contract with ZERO penalty and helped me return all the equipment with a smile on her face. Internet/TV works well so far. However, the customers will be charged $25.00 for any technological errors that occur during bill payment.

I just switched from another carrier and i was having issues getting it set up. I went in at 7:15 PM AN and La Fair promptly offered his assistance. it took until 8:15 for my phone to finish. The store closed at 8:00. He was very kind and friendly and was able to get it transferred. then to top it off, he linked it to my car for me. the other ladies were very friendly as well. La Fair and the others made this a 5 visit. read more

They sent me a modem by mistake. I called about it and was told to return it to the Bridgeton Spectrum store. When I went to return it the associate refused to take it and told me I had to take it to UPS. I called customer service to verify it and was told that they were suppose to handle returns. This store needs to fire the worthless people working there. read more

We did not even need a servicing, but while our apartment neighbor was getting their internet setup/installed, they disconnected our internet, left without fixing it or letting us know, and would not come back to fix their screw up until noon the next day. Our entire household works full time, and we should not have to deal with this when we did not have an issue with our internet to begin with and it was THEIR fault the internet went down, yet we have to wait a whole day for them to fix it?? Utter nonsense. read more

I can't give spectrum 0 stars, but I wish I could. Long wait times with a glacial pace. The internet itself is dodgy and nowhere near consistent. It's honestly impressive that they manage to be the shittiest ISP out here, but it's not like there are other options. You'd probably have a better experience using a carrier pigeon. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Spectrum mobile as a company SUCKS. I wanted to do a simple trade-in for a phone. First, the website showed a different price for the trade-in and after confirming with an employee about the price online, that price was not honored. Of course, there was no annotation of this conversation. Second, the new phone was never delivered to our home. Instead, it went straight back to Spectrum where it showed it was delivered and sat in their warehouse for 3 days without being scanned. I spoke to an employee again and was told I can just do the trade-in in the store. So I drove 3 hours (I don't live in a city where there is a store) and went to the store where I was told that the phone hadn't been scanned in so I, in fact, could NOT do the trade-in in store. So basically drove 6 hours total for nothing. And finally spoke to a manager and you know what they said? "We can offer you a $15 discount for the inconvenience." Lol. Keep your freaking $15 Spectrum. Y'all need it more than we do. Horrible company. 100% would NOT recommend. read more
