Internet/TV works well so far. However, the customers will be charged $25.00 for any technological errors that occur during bill payment.

Customer service is not the same. I flew in to have X-mas and take care of my grandmother's duties…read more I went into At&t wasn't acknowledgment during my entrance. My grandson had entered prior to me. I asked them who was taking care of us they were unsure. There was two associate in front of me with no customers and not making eye contact or initiating conversation. So this interaction is with Dylan and Tommie. Dylan was very rude and condescending. I called my son as he kept stating we created a PIN when we open account. However I have had AT&T for the last 10 years we didn't do this, then but whatever. I called my son to see if we created a PIN. During the interaction with Dylan my son who was on the phone and didn't know the initial interaction when we first entered this establishment said I don't like his attitude and he is RUDE!!! I stated son I know but I was trying to handle things differently since I had my grandsons. However during my interaction with Dylan, Tommie walked over and started saying " I been here for two years he said you lucky he doing this for you" I then waved my hand at him and stated " for someone who didn't acknowledge me when I entered please don't say anything me gone back over there and help yo kinds as you surely didn't want to assist us when we initially came in please don't come over here" We kept talking stating I would not help her, etc. one thing for sure now we have options to served the community you want to in 2025. If you don't want to work with a particular ethnicity or a diverse group. Don't feel valued as a customer due to these behaviors

Yet another update: My husband called to try and talk with Brysen and it did not go well so Brysen…read moresaid come in tomorrow to talk with himself and Amelia to work this out. So my husband had to take time off of work go up there and guess who did not show up for work on Friday, you guessed it Brysen! The talk with Amelia did not go well and basically said this is how it is no matter what we were told by herself and Brysen. I noticed this is how Att works. I have been a very loyal customer for many years only to be treated like crap. So now I am at home disabled with no DirectTV as we had to cancel service as our bank account is still in the negative because of this. They only care about making a sell and lie to do it!!!!! So disgusting and sad. UPDATE: NOT HAPPY!!! We were told by Brysen we needed a card on file but nothing will be charged. Well shocker 4 days later we were charged $100 and it has now put our bank account in the negative for $101!!!! I called the store just now and Amelia said we were put on auto pay(for tv) which we stated we DID NOT WANT AUTO PAY and they charge the minute you start watching!!!! We are beyond upset!!!! Brysen and Amelia at this store were the most amazing customer service we have ever had!!! They met all our concerns and needs!!!! Highly recommend for your tv and internet needs!!!!!
