When I sat down to try on shoes, another employee (a black guy in a purple suit) must have thought I left the room and began talking shit on me with the customers he was helping WHILE IM SITTING IN THE ROOM. (His supervisor didn't look so comfortable with this idea lol) Dakota spent a good couple of hours meticulously measuring and filling out a form, helped me decide on an obscure color my husband wanted, along with cuffs, collars, monogram, blahblah lol - he was soo patient!
