Overall, the store itself is very clean, bright, and welcoming. During my first visit, the employee assisting me used a word that is considered very offensive to the IDD community. It was not directed at me and seemed to be said casually, but I felt it was important to address it. I asked her if that was indeed what I had heard, and it became clear that she did not realize the term was offensive. I took that moment to kindly explain why the word is harmful not only to individuals with IDD, but also to their families and the community as a whole. She appeared genuinely unaware and did acknowledge the mistake and corrected herself. I am not naming her because my intention is not to jeopardize someone's job. It truly seemed to be a lack of understanding rather than malice. On my second visit to return the equipment, I was helped by Tungi. She was professional, kind, and efficient, and the return process was quick and easy. Overall, I would recommend this store. While the first experience was unfortunate, it also felt like an opportunity for education and growth. My second visit was very positive, and the store itself remains a welcoming and well maintained space.

On 11/20/2025, I upgraded my son's phone at this location. We have a family plan and his phone was eligible for a new phone for quite some time. I was informed by the salesperson, he could take my son's phone in on trade, upgrade to the new iphone, give me a better plan and lower my overall bill. So we did just that. Then I went to my account and saw an additional line that I Never Asked for. I called the 1.800 number of AT&T and was told, the salesperson did something wrong and it was a good catch on my part. The 1.800 said, only the store could fix the issue so I went first thing this morning. I was told no issue just bring the phone in. They had to return the phone, then resell it and my bill would not go up. I went home, got my son, than went back. Two visits for a mistake that was the stores issue. Now I was told that by returning the phone, and putting it back on the account I would have to pay a restocking fee of $55.00. This was for a mistake; I did not make and one that needed to be corrected before 14 days. The salesperson insisted I would have to pay the restocking fee even though it was the same phone we were getting back. Something was off and someone was doing something that was not policy. It was apparent. I was also told, I still had to call 1.800 to get the extra line off my bill. It was suggested, just leave things alone. SOOO, I called AT&T 1.800 again. 57 min later, I was told, that it would be best just to leave the extra line on my account. Based on what was done, My bill would be $35.00 less than normal. The issue is I was not told all the facts and all the local AT&T store really wanted was the extra line and they get commission on that. They just manipulated the system. I wasted four hours total on this and really does not fill me with enthusiasm to continue to do business with AT&T or their local office. Full Disclosure, the 1.800 rep gave me $75.00 in good will for my hassle. That was nice. Sorry for the RANT.

I asked the representative to explain the differences between my current iPhone 10 and the new iPhone 12 Pro. The representative stated that there are "no differences". I found that hard to believe, but he insisted. I was not encouraged to upgrade nor were any suggestions offered on any other items. I left thinking I should just keep what I have. Does that sound like a sales pitch to you? I do not recommend this location if you have a desire to learn more about the latest technology.

There was a crowd but I got through the line and assisted quickly by Caleb and another young man. The only thing that took a long time was updating my new phone. I eventually came back Sunday and decided to trade in for another iPhone and the process was even better. Lathan, Ariel and a few other associates made my trip amazing. Quickly got assisted and out with my new phone in under an hour. The associates are SO nice and I laughed almost the entire time. Would definitely recommend!

The sales associate recommended a Belkin replacement with a life time warranty! Got me hooked line and sinker! My bad. I'm old. After it was paid for said salesman registered my purchase and ordered a new screen protector to be sent to my house and then I can come back to the Apple Store to have it installed! So I left the store $100 lighter with my cracked screen saver! Fast forward 6 months and I need a new screen protector. I have to REregister and wait to receive it in the mail and return for installation. Now they have instituted a &10 fee for the privilege! Bottom line....DONT DO IT! Go to You Break We Fix where for $15 you get a new screen protector installed in front of you! Beware of Apple salesmen. They are out to screw you!!
