Charged me for an extra line. Did the same thing to a guy in front of me. This place is nothing but a crappy scam outfit.

This is the worst place I've ever done business with, truly a joke! A staff that only cares about the upsale. If a staff member says they're "doing you a favor", get out quick! Get anything and everything in writing, they will outright lie to you. read more

The light skin guy that works there sucks and did not want to help at all couldn't believe I owned the account didn't try assisting at all didn't want to take my ID was talking like he was competing in a lower voice competition trying to be nonchalant but he looks like an abused gold fish that's struggling to breathe out of water do not recommend the store or him trussville has always been helpful and go above and beyond read more

had a fantastic experience at the AT&T Wildwood store! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find the best phone and plan for my needs. They answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free -- from choosing the right device to setting everything up. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and professional attitude. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great support and solutions for their wireless needs! read more

well 1st of all, idk why did this store charged me for a extra line when i had to pay my phone off. i know those managers tell the representatives to over charge customers. these people are trash and do not i repeat do not go to this store. dont waste your day and time. these people are raising peoples bills and things and we are at war with different countries. everything is too high!!!! i think the assistant store manager name is kevin. he pushed a bunch of papers in front of me and john talked so loud as if he was auctioning off cars for a living (wrong career field) these people are designed to take your money & make them some which is all they are worried about. my ears are still ringing due to that loud boy screaming my business out loud for everyone to hear. i seen other reps on the other side who was talking & assisting customers and i couldnt hear none of their conversations. one guy that was really well dressed and other one that is short. all im saying is save your time & money & go see the guys who will take care of you throughly read more

AT&T Store - Finally getting new phones - Mobile Phones Near Me - Birmingham, Alabama

Sat at this AT&T for 30 mins. Only 1 employee was helping customers. Another customer came in less than 5 mins and received service before me for a phone repair when all I needed was an upgrade. Would not recommend this location. read more

They were very nice and helpful! I came in around closing time and they still took the time to meet all of my needs and help pick the right case for me! Amber was so kind. read more

For weeks, I've been seeing the commercials claiming that you could upgrade your telephone for the Samsung 5G for free. I thought there had to be a catch. I went to the store. I said, "I'm not having any problem with my phone, but I was curious if I qualify for the 5G upgrade and how it works." The lady at the store looked up my account. She said, "You will have to upgrade to unlimited data and get your HBO Max through us." I agreed, upgraded my plan and cancelled my own HBO Max. My phone is paid for (one of the requirements.) We picked out the phone. I wanted a nicer one than the "free" one, so I agreed to pay $300. I also picked out a case for $65. We went to pay for it. Their computer system "valuated" my current telephone at $35. "Oh, my goodness, your phone has to be valuated for at least $60." I said, "It's a perfectly working phone. Change your valuation." "Oh, we can't do that." I argued with the people in the store for about an hour. They then flipped me to the phone people, and we argued for 75 minutes. In short, they sacrificed a 30+ year customer for $25. It was all a scam to get me to upgrade my plan. I did NOT get the phone. In fact, the guy on the phone claimed they only have THIRTY phones to give out in the whole country. It was all a scam. I am so disgusted. I expected better from a company this big. I didn't need the phone -- but I don't do business with companies that lie and cheat their customers. I assured AT&T that I would get the word out, so please share this post freely. read more

Walked into store hoping to get some help on a matter customer service via telephone/ online could not resolve. After talking to the customer service agent in person, he did not even care what I had to say. He just told me to call customer service, which is what I had been doing all along before just wanting to speak in person. I asked him if he could give me the direct extension of what I needed help for, since I had transferred/ hung up on several times. He told me he would not. Customer service in this store and this company is a joke, and I will be switching to Verizon. read more

I just spent an hour in this store trying to get an upgrade I'm due. They spent the entire time trying to sell me cable and internet. Got me to pay off a line then told me it couldn't be done because I have a business account. Massive time waist of morons. read more

Yesterday, I went into the store with my decision made. Jaymes C. helped me...very patiently, while I looked at 5 different phones. He offered great advice and facts on every one without a moment of frustration. I was given misleading information b from the online chat from AT&T, but he helped clarify everything. Great conversation helped to make my transaction much more enjoyable. read more

Bad costumer service... waited for 30 min n they just kept acting like they was busy ... VERIZON IS WAY BETTER ....

The folks in the store are friendly in an odd, contrived notion that feels like you're walking into a corporate training video. It's interesting to see how a large, impersonal and inefficient corporation tries to pull off a retail experience. They try to act like the employees of an Apple store while wearing CWA union pins. The collision of cultures is entertaining. The service was reasonable and the selection was acceptable. read more

My sister came in today to submit a form for a stolen phone and this young lady opened the door for her with a huge smile and helped her with everything. She even went into showing her how to use Direct Tv. She had it but never knew it had some of the things she showed her. And let's not forget she opened the door when She left. Customer service like this makes us loyal customers for a lifetime. My sister came home excited showing me some features and it's so great how she made her happy she left home very upset and came back smiling. Susan loves you Alyssa. Thanks for making a difference read more

Understaffed and unapologetic. Spent two hours on a Tuesday afternoon waiting for an incompetent employee to upgrade my phone. Steer clear.

Friendly, helpful, and quick service. They fixed my phone in no time at all, and they offered plenty of information after I asked about their new phones. read more
