I came in to TMobile a few months ago, and got a new phone, new number and new carrier. Two months later, my bill still wasnt what I had signed up for, so I called the store for help. I have to say, the manager Jesse Corona went ABOVE and BEYOND to get it straightened out!! He spent a whole day working to correct the issue, going to his managers to make sure I was taken care of!! We began our relationship with T-Mobile in 2010. after being with AT&T for over a decade, we decided a change was in order. Since that afternoon in the California Avenue store with "Ivan" and his team, we've considered T-Mobile to be Family. Earlier this week we experienced an issue with the recent changes we made to our account. There was an error made when the account was changed, and as a result we were not receiving the add ons and perks associated with the service we selected. David Martinez was at the counter and Cesar Rodriguez was the manager on duty. Cesar came out from the back and personally assisted us to make sure we received the correct phone service needed and desired. Cesar proved professional and highly competent in his skill set. David also extended patient and knowledgeable service. We will look no further than this store location for any and all T-Mobile needs! Thanks again for the great service! read more

My husband and I purchased an iwatch 3 for my daughters Christmas present. We wanted the silver but they only had black. The sales associate said that it was no trouble to buy the black and we have 14 days to exchange it for the silver color. We had the receipt and we didn't even unwrap the bix. We took it in today and they said that there was a $75 restocking fee. It was never mentioned to us and I feel lied too. It we would have known that we would have purchased it at another store or simply ordered it online. Obviously they need to train their associates better and make them aware of company policies. I will never purchase anything else from this store nor will I recommend this store to anyone. Please be aware and make your decision accordingly. I'd welcome this management to respond to my review. I went in to get a new phone and the employee Nik was extremely rude and confrontational in his dealings with me. I was told by another store and customer service that my sprint phone could be traded in, regardless of the condition( I had a cracked screen). He told me that the rules were up to "interpretation" by the store and denied me. He made an aggressive effort to explain to me why I was wrong and why he wouldn't help even after I asked him to stop so that I could leave. I called Customer service who agreed I was right and should be able to get a phone. So I asked them to talk to him. even after he talked to customer service, he refused me on a technicality that " they looked my account up a certain way that disqualifies me". Customer service called the store on Ming and they agreed to help me, but I didn't go because this experience was almost enough to make me quit my contract, even after 15 years with sprint. I spoke with 3 separate managers over the phone and no one has any resolution for me. In conclusion, I had to get my new cell over the phone and set it up. At the store level, I was left feeling betrayed and embarrassed and at the corporate level, I feel like another number. The follow-through and customer care are abysmal at tmobil/sprint and honestly, the next phone upgrade could be through another company. read more

I lost my phone with my ID in it and went to the T-Mobile on California by Firestone the following day to get a new phone. I had NO form of ID and didn't know my 6 digit pin. I had a horrible experience and considered switching phone companies due to there unprofessional behavior and attitudes. I was there for 3 hours speaking to customer service on the phone. They told me basically that I'd have to wait to get a new ID from the dmv which would take up to 3 weeks. They were apparently annoyed of me and showed it by ignoring me and just walking away into the back room that customers aren't allowed In. I just wanted to purchase a new phone. Came the next day to this T-Mobile and asked to speak to a manager. Nadia greeted me I told her my situation and gave her my best form of ID that I had and my social security card which is what I did at the T-Mobile the day before and she took it no problem. She was very polite and professional and kept apologizing about the situation. I felt a lot more comfortable. Shelby set my phone up and helped me get my phone started back up. Apple ID and apps. ( I'm not very tech savvy) The customer service was night and day. I will only be going to this T-Mobile from now on read more
