This store is the best in our book. I have been in Dodd camera and didn't feel the care at all BUT Pixel showed that they care for you. Matthew explained everything and he has a lot of knowledge, very patient with me. I had a lot of questions and I always confused him but very patient and listened. Michelle and Andrew they took care of me too. This store are the best in town. We will drive here over again because of the care we feel. read more

Stopped in to exchange phones through their JUMP! On Demand service. Should be a pretty routine thing that typically goes smoothly (spoiler alert - this transaction was quick and easy too) and as a phone and tech enthusiast, I like to try a lot of different phones. T-Mobile is great for people like me btw! So the "upgrade" I was making was more of a side move / downgrade. You might think sales staff would ignore that and give bad advice to the customer just to make a sale. These folks did not do that. They were very honest and explained the differences between the model I had and the one I wanted. In the end, I made the decision to move forward with the side move / downgrade and as a result I'm very happy with my choice and I can play with yet another phone thanks to T-Mobile. Also while there, I saw the team interact with other customers and it's clear this location treats its local customers well. I don't live in the area, but if I did, this would be my T-Mobile of choice. Honesty, passion and positivity are key traits of great customer service and this T-Mobile location showed all three! read more

She helped me switch carriers from android to iPhone. She provided excellent customer service. Great experience at this store. read more

Last time I was here a few months back it was all different employees... I went in the other day and a whole new staff was in there and it was like night and day! Rick the manager helped me with everything that I needed. These guys are upbeat, and extremely helpful! We were long-time Verizon customers, but a friend who switched to T-MOBILE a year ago recommended we check out their deals. We went to the Avon, OH store...which is a 'branded' store. During the first visit we were introduced to an awesome deal that had just started the day before - 4 'FREE' iPhones 11s with 5 unlimited lines for $180/month! Wow, sign us up! Unfortunately, our kids were out of town and we needed their phones for trade-in. We had the sales representative give us a written copy of the deal. We came back the next day and met with the same sales representative to ask a few more questions. On both of these visits we discussed if our current phones qualified. He said they did, and we gained confidence that the deal was real and we made an appointment with him on the day before Thanksgiving. When we arrived for our appointment they said he was no longer there. Hmmm. A new sales representative said she would take care of us. This is where things went south. She started the process by requesting a credit check (which was how all of our visits started...we declined the first two times). Passing credit, she then she stated that the deal that was described to us was no longer available...even though we had it in the first sales representative's own handwriting! (It was, in fact still available!). She also said that two of our iPhones did not qualify for trade-in. While this was true, we stated that this was clearly discussed in our two previous visits and we were assured that all of our phones qualified. The sales representative then flopped back and forth between the deal being over and two of our phones not qualifying for trade-in until we asked to speak to a manager. With great resentment she called her manager (we think). Her phone dialogue with the manager never mentioned that we had been lied to by the first sales staff. My wife asked to talk with the manager. The manager cut my wife short with two amazing lines: 1) "You know I'm not working right now!" 2) "You are just a random customer!" My wife asked for manager's supervisor's contact info, but was denied. In the end we were given an '800' number. ...and in the end this store did nothing to make up for their lies, or for all of our wasted time. They did, however, try to upsale us relentlessly. We left the Avon store and decided to torture ourselves a bit more by visiting another T Mobile store...this one in Elyria, OH. ...this one a 'corporate' store. ...this one went well out of their way to find us a deal and to make us T Mobile customers. Thanks to the Elyria staff we are now Magenta. So, how is it that one store can be so polar different from another nearby store? One reason is that there is a huge difference between a 'branded' store and a 'corporate' store. Be very wary of the former! Also, customer service is what truly sells products and services. A manager that sees time off as more important than dealing with random customers is cultivating a culture of failure and frustration. I will never step foot in this store again!! The manager of the store lied to me twice about pricing of a product in order to get me to purchase and than lied when I went to return it. I spoke with customer care who verified that I was told lies. Not only do they lie but the customer service is awful. I went into the store and employees were busy. I was never greeted or told they would be with me shortly or event that they were busy and it would be a few minutes. When I asked how long it might be I was told a few minutes. I waited more than 20 minutes and still no one was able to help. I finally cut my losses after waiting one hour and left the store. To make matters worse, TMobile Customer Care has no control over what happens in the store. They are unable to resolve any issues with store manger lying or with charges that I had to pay because of the lies. Service is awful and I would recommend you find a different Tmobile store if you need one. read more
