T-Mobile - T-Mobile expressing concern for everyone. - Mobile Phones Near Me - Avon, Ohio

Good afternoon everyone. I hate to be so negative, but I have to share this experience as a warning to everyone here. I went to the T-Mobile store in the Avon Commons because my son's watch phone stopped charging. I have an existing account, and just wanted to replace it, so I assumed I would have been in and out. When I talked to the employee, she said I would need to get a new number. A hassle but doable. So this took about 20-30 minutes. About what I expected. When I get home to set up the watch, it says I have the wrong account type set up, and to call customer service. When I call customer service, it appears I was signed up for their internet service, and the watch as a separate line. Thankfully the phone rep was awesome and handled this situation. This took another half hour. In summary, I went for one thing, and was signed up for another. The rep at the store wasn't new, since I've dealt with her before. She was just dishonest. Please go to another T-Mobile if you need their services. Thanks for your time. read more

I would not give this place any stars! Absolutely horrible customer service! I spent my entire day there and got nothing accomplished! Had to leave to feed my daughter lunch to return to get nothing else done! Bre and Andreas do not know what they are doing! I bought my daughter a phone last week that was not working properly, they refused to give me a new one! They said I could turn it in a get a replacement phone(refurbished). The phone is one week old and I paid for a new phone! So after she refused I told her I did not want it! So she started with the return and swiped my card to credit my account for the tax. She went on to say that it was done, she just did not have a receipt, then got upset when I refused to leave without the phone or a receipt! When all said and done the credit DID NOT GO THROUGH! So had I left I would of had no money, no receipt, & no phone!!!! And then I really would have been out of luck! After I left went straight to West Lake on Detroit road and was take care of!! Right away! Professionally! And also purchased a new phone for another line! Was in and out within 30 minutes! Thank god for manager Dan in West Lake if it weren't from him I would be with Verizon wireless today! I have been a loyal T-mobile customer for the last 15 years! Really need to see about getting some staff development & customer service training in there!!!!! read more
