The callous "young man" told me "It's only the back of the watch." My heart dropped on hearing these words. I asked for the watch back and as I walked out, I looked at the back of the watch. He had put 14 scratches on the backplate and damaged the frame. Yes, I counted the scratches as his arrogance ran through my mind. I walked back and showed him the scratches he put into my watch. He blamed the watch, and immature move, instead of taking ownership of his failure. Now my pristine watch looks like it has been through a war.
