I just think it sucks that they can't accommodate a 7 minute grace period as bad as traffic is in the area. Especially when I spend as much money as I do with them every year. I called to ask if a specific pair of sunglasses was "IN STOCK" ... Was put on hold and then told yes they are and I can hold them for you ... Made a trip from Tradition to the mall to pick up the sunglasses that I was told were "IN STOCK". When I arrived it turned out they were the disgusting, floor display with stickers and goo all over them!!! You think I'm going to spend $406.00 and take the disgusting floor sample?!? Commission-breath sales people intentionally didn't disclose that over the phone.... Wasted my time, my gas and my patience with this kind of trashy treatment of the consumer. I will NEVER return and I will share my experience with everyone and on every review forum. ANYTHING TO MAKE A BUCK FOR YOUR FRONTLINE, OBVIOUSLY COMMISSION-BASED SALES STAFF. DISGUSTING. Incredibly rude and pushy. The only person who was kind and helpful and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't want was the man who helped me cancel the order after I was pressured into it. Would not recommend that anyone visit this location unless you want to work with associates/the manager who won't listen and shames you for wearing your glasses a certain way. read more

How this place gets good reviews is so beyond me. We went in for a new pair of glasses with great insurance that would cover most of the expenses. We selected frames that were about $170. After that, we talked to one of the people that we going to give us a price for everything with insurance. We wanted to make sure that we had some of things like UV protection, glare, etc. Before insurance, he quoted us $700. What?! A pair of glasses in no world costs $50 to make, so why is it $700?! This place is scamming you out of your money. Go elsewhere if you want affordable glasses. Even after insurance, we were still looking at nearly $400. Too many old people are falling for this place when they don't realize it is an utter scam. read more

I was asked to pay for my glasses in advance. Then the closure occurred. Here's the rub. I don't blame them for closing without warning. I do blame them for NO subsequent communication and NO ability to talk to anyone anywhere. It turns out that each location is entirely separate. No other location can access orders. It's a nightmare. This is a company that just doesn't care about its relationships with their customers. They have had plenty of time to reach out to its customers other than incessantly sending me email offers for buying additional product. I don't think so! I will NEVER forgive their behavior and lack of reacting to the situation. read more

I used to go to Cohen's Optical until my last appointment when I was finally brought back an hour after my appointment time to that grumbly Dr Durante. I vowed to never go back and after coming to LensCrafters, I never will! I brought both my kids here. My daughter saw doctor Goldberg, she is 5 and this was her first time and she ended up being very sacred of the exam machine that takes the picture of you eye. Dr Goldberg was so nice and understanding! My son saw Dr Farmer a few days later and he was just as nice, had a lot of complements to make my kids feel proud of how good they did. He was very kind and made you feel very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk we're all very nice as well and got us right in, we had almost no wait time. The gentlemen in the front of the store where very helpful with picking out and fitting the glasses. I was so surprised when they said my son's glasses would be ready in an hour! I usually have to wait like a week for our glasses from Cohen's. They have a lot of very nice name brand frames for good prices. Overall I am so happy I decided to look for a new eye doctor, I can't wait until it's my turn for new glasses! Lol read more

10 STARS! OH MY GOSH. The ENTIRE staff was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! From my first few steps in the door, the kind woman at the counter greeted me with a welcoming smile and was very nice. The nice young lad that took me in for my initial check up, was HILARIOUS! He was respectful, kind, reassuring, eased my worries about that dang air blowing in my eyes, and made me laugh at some amazing dad jokes! The nice man that helped me pick out my new pair of glasses was so patient as I went through countless eyeglasses to find my perfect frames!! Anyone else would have walked away!!! WONDERFUL!! And last but certainly not least, Dr. Goldberg. He was kind, knowledgeable, caring, he listened to every single question I had and responded with the kindest of answers to where all of my worries about my terrible eyes vanished into thin air! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM DESERVE RAISES! You all had better keep these people at your location, because they are the SOLE reason for my returns in the future!
