I have had thE worst luck with T-Mobile including at this store. I had a feeling they were trying to placate me "if this doesn't work come back" type of nonesense. I will never again purchase this service/plan. Not in the US, nor online, nor ANYWHERE in the world. I will instead pay a flat roaming fee charge to my internet provider at home. Based on most of the reviews for T-Mobile on Yelp, this is not a stellar choice. I had to rely entirely on the hotel WiFi during our trip. Damn shame. read more

Terrible. They tell you devices are free and then charge you a monthly service fee. Then once you get your bill and return these "free" devices, they tell you you can't return it bc it's outside of the return policy. Charging me a restocking fee for something I didn't even open...crazy read more

Came in. First words out of my mouth are my phone is broken looking for a replacement or repair. Spent 30 mins going through this and that signing in answering questions for her to tell me they don't have my screen protector in stock.... when I say my phone is broken like I had said from the beginning she goes oh we don't do repair or replacement. As well as being on her phone and having horrible customer service the whole interaction, go anywhere else. read more

Absolute horrible experience. Was told by customer service to come in here and get a new box and then they would go ahead and change the Sim out of my old one to my new one. Stayed in there for close to 30 minutes trying to figure things out. They would tell me one thing when the customer service representative would tell me another. They just honestly did not want to work at all. Sat there the whole time playing music in the background as I was trying to have a conversation on the phone. Just ended the calls and left. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We've been customers for over 10 years, but will absolutely be canceling all of our services with you. I had just received a new sim card from Tmobile when I embarked on a journey to Arizona- leaving my brand new sim card at home. I realized my error on my way from Phoenix Airport to my hotel in Scottsdale and on a chance, I stopped inside this Tmobile location where a staff member named Damarise promptly assisted me by installing a mew sim card in my phone free of charge. I really appreciated her help because my phone wasn't working properly. After she assisted me, all was well. Thank goodness because that was at the start of a week-long trip! read more

I was switching from Verizon to t-mobile, I was promise unlimited service for 4 lines,only $168 a month, is being a nightmare, horrible service, very slow, customer service; the worse. I better pay extra $30 dlls, but good service. I don't recommend t mobile to my worst enemy. read more

My mom and I went in to buy 2 phones as part of their deal they were having. The customer service was great and the guy helping us spoke in Spanish, which was nice for my mom. Unfortunately, the guy assured us that with our current plan the deal still applies. We got our phone bill that charged us full price for both phones that we got. We called customer support and they told us that the deal didn't apply and the store representative didn't give us the correct information. I'm not sure if they get paid for commission but that is the 3rd time they gave us the incorrect information and we ended up having to pay a lot more than what we were told without letting us cancel without more fees. read more

This location is not a place that you get any type of customer service from. As soon as I entered the store today I encountered Jocelyn who is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She immediately had an attitude and was rude when I told her that I was picking up my warranty replacement phone. I'm sure she works on commission. Caleb the so called manager, and I use manager lightly, refused to give me my replacement phone stating that my phone was damaged. He is also rude and unprofessional and needs to learn how to treat people. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! Or any tmobile store. Find a different phone carrier. If I could give zero I would, we went in for a promotion. I was a previous customer years before and I just need to add a line with the new promotion. When my first bill came around it was nearly $400!!!? How did it go from $140 to $400. Yes the first bill after adding a new phone is always higher but after that! It was nearly $300 when the Woman named Daisy promised $8 a month for the phone and $60ish dollars for the line... I went into the store to try to fix this month after month and Snotty Manager Caleb has zero experience with customer service i feel. When I was talking to him he was dismissive, probably dgaf since they got their two cent commission already. Said he'd give me a call back... months later, no call back. I called customer service over and over for months and nobody can honor a damn thing! Saying they can't promise a promotion because they don't know what promotion was going on at the time. These guys are awesome. They know how to offer good deals without being pushy. I have been coming here for years and I truly feel that they care more about customer happiness over making a sale. Just recently, I upgraded my phones. I went to this T-Mobile and told Daniel what I wanted. He set me up with a really good deal and even got a few of his associates to set up our phones, transfer the data, put screen protectors on, and the cases. That was incredibly awesome! Another time I had a billing issue where T-Mobile had mistakenly billed me for a phone I had returned. A collections agency was after me even though I had returned the phone. Gilberto (the manager at that time) took care of everything. The people at this store truly want satisfied customers. That is one reason why I am a loyal T-Mobile customer. read more

We have been struggling to switch the SIM card over from one phone to another with several of other Tmobile stores with no luck but today I walked into T-Mobile at the central and southern location and a respresentantive named Crystal was such a big help. she figured it out in not even 5 minutes and was able to connect my phone immediately!!! Sprint, who is now registered with T-mobile is the most immobile telecommunications company I've ever done business with. They do not respect customers payment, they do not rectify system discrepancies, and their customer service is subpar. I'm very disappointed with the services I received for the price I did. I will never use them again. To avoid stress and collections threats, use another carrier. read more

NO Stars if I could give negative I would. The store is chaos... C H A O S! The store manager gets involved in everything when his employees are handling other customers. He talks over you. Will shout across the store so he is heard. Not worth it... They should just shut it down and have customers go to other locations. 24th and baseline is way better! read more
