The battery life, at full charge, was 68%. I was looking for a miracle. I drive for a living and my phone is my lifeline for my job. I walk in and immediately was welcomed and I explained my dilemma. The owner (Saleim, sorry if I misspelled it) was so understanding of my situation and knew exactly what to do to fix it. In about 1/2 hour he had everything fixed except the power port. He explained the issue and that he didn't have that exact part in this store but he had another store just 3 miles down the road and could fix it immediately there. I was able to pay for everything at this location (which was great) and headed to the other store. Within 1 1/2 I had a brand new phone! This establishment may look like a 'hole in the wall' but those, in my experience, are the best! Highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

The first time I went in, two girls at the desk were a bit cold in their customer service, but they did give me a good idea to bundle my Internet with Home and Phone. I went home to talk to my husband about it and returned the next day. There were four employees on the floor and one of them, (Trinity) greeted me and said he would be with me soon. Each of the employees was busy assisting other customers, so I stood back and waited for a bit. After overhearing bits and pieces from their conversations, I realized it might be a while before they got to me. I asked Trinity if it would be a while and if I should come back another time. Immediately he asked what I needed and began not only helping his first customer, but me, too, at the same time. He did not ignore either one of us, but asked questions, filled out paperwork, retrieved items from the back of the store, all while continuing to work with both of us, and got us both what back and waited for a bit. I will say, she did go out of her way to make things right and I truly believe that this was something that happened while she was not there and as the store manager, she was not happy to hear about. If I need anything in the future, I may consider this place again. (Provided Breanna is there) *Other businesses should take note of this as well

Where do I even begin with this review? I usually despise dealing with cell phone companies after…read moremy previous experiences with Verizon. I have had MetroPCS for about two years now and every employee I have spoke with has been helpful. However, Samantha displayed exceptional customer service. I lost my cell phone and called this location to inquire if they had the same phone in stock. Samantha answered, was polite, and answered all of my questions. Luckily their stock had one more of my phone in stock so I hung up and drove to this location. Entering the store I saw a young lady (Samantha) and an older man inside. I first assumed that both of them worked for MetroPCS when I was in the parking lot. As soon as I walked inside I heard the man yelling at Samantha about phone prices. I quickly realized he was in irate customer. For about 10 minutes he yelled about the phone prices telling her she needed to give him a lower price on a phone. She explained all the options available, costs, and why the cost is what it was. He kept rambling on about how everyone in Florida sucks (what?), everyone in Arizona sucks, he claimed he knew she was lying and to give him the special discount. He dropped his sunglasses and kept saying really weird and crazy things that didn't make sense. Samantha remained calm and polite even while he cursed at her before storming out. I have worked in customer service for years and was impressed that she was able to keep her composure while he treated her that way. After he left she was sweet and helped me get my new phone set up. She also let me know when my next phone upgrade was available and let me know what phone cases, etc were available as well. MetroPCS, if you are reading this you are lucky to have an employee as professional as Samantha. She deserves a raise!

Originally it was called Batteries Plus, and a while back it changed its name. The only reason I bring up this particular employee is he has been working here for a long time. I don't know his name and have never asked for his name either. I will give you on example of what I noticed today and it caught my attention. Now mind you I had to replace a battery of a vintage watch from the 50's or 60's. I handed over the battery to the employee at the counter. He looks at the battery and was unsure of the particular battery that was in stock, so he asked his colleague behind the other counter, if they carried this one particular battery. So without looking he shouts out the number of the battery that replaces it without having to see the battery. Now why do I mention this? To be honest I was impressed with this employee's knowledge of their products. I know this sounds silly to notice something that is trivial to others but to me it makes a big difference. I come here only because if I try and look for what I need at a drugstore chances are they won't have it and it's always a hit and miss at the drugstores. So I may pay a little bit more here, they have always had what I need. What I am trying to relay here is that during these troubling times of finding good employees it is always a breath of fresh air to see someone care about their job and know their job as well as the unknown name person behind the hidden counter. Doesn't hurt to once in a while appreciate people for what they do. Nothing is trivial when noticing a good work employee.
