I had a bad experience in the past with AT&T pertaining to a similar issue but this definitely made up for said visit. If you have AT&T, definitely would recommend coming to this location if you want something done right.

He sold me a plan with an extra line (even though I didn't want or need one), stating that this plan would actually help reduce my monthly bill, and I would not have to use the line. When I saw that my monthly bill more than doubled, I called AT&T. After speaking with an AT&T representative, I learned that he scammed me. The rep was clearly frustrated with what Mo did and directed me to go to the store THAT DAY, return the phone, and demand that they start a new plan. As it was the 14th day of the new plan, if I did not do it that day, I was out of luck. Fortunately, Mo was not there when I came in and I was helped by JESSE M. and AIMEE. They spent almost 2 hours diligently trying to fix the problem that Moe had caused. It was not an easy feat, but they were determined to help me and make it right. JESSE and AIMEE are the ONLY REASON why my review has two stars. Learning that Moe is actually the MANAGER of the store is disturbing. He should definitely be removed from this position. I have seen other reviews about him doing things like this to others. I can't imagine how many people he has done this to! I was lucky to get my bill the evening before the 14th day, or he would have gotten away with it. The DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES that Moe used to increase sales and commission is deplorable.

My husband bought me the latest model of the IPhone less than 3 weeks ago and it started glitching out of no where, becoming completely unusable (which is obviously very frustrating in itself). We brought it back to T-Mobile with the expectation of them swapping it out since it's brand new and purchased from them but when we get there, we are informed that since it's over the "2 week return policy" by 3 days, there's nothing they can do for us. The employee was apologetic and then offered a free screen protector once we did get it replaced as the least he can do. After 3 days of no phone and 2 and half hours of waiting at Apple, we finally got a new phone. We go back to T-Mobile for the free screen protector we were offered but someone else is working. He said that giving away free protectors isn't allowed and that they couldn't give me the free protector I was offered just 2 days prior. He then proceeded to tell me I could pay $40 if I wanted one. So I was left with no phone help and no screen protector from T-Mobile. Complete waste of time. Terrible terrible customer service.

I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.
