My daughters phone was the worst. It was pretty bad. Apparently, when you are a teenage girl, your quality of life is connected to your cell phone. We visited AT&T who was no help at all. The phone repair places in the mall wanted too much money. I had seen the sign outside of this place a few weeks earlier and figured we'd check it out. I didnt like the sadness in my little girl's eyes. Like the mall, screen replacement was too much. But they have a decent selection of phones for a reasonable price. No one is answering my calls but the technician who is or was here is a very talented person. Not only knows his work but is professional, pleasant, and prices are competitive. I especially appreciated the fast service and honesty concerning turnaround times for the repairs. This was a real "oasis" in the desert of ridiculously high prices for repairs, delays in turnaround times, and overall less than client centric service. Haven't met anyone like Scott in a while, someone who's in business out of a passion for what he does and his desire to help others. As soon as you meet him you can tell how much he loves computers and loves helping people in general. To say he's knowledgeable is quite an understatement. I wish he could've help me with some of my computer programming classes back in school lol!! For starters he's available 24 hours. Which is great of course. I was able to drop my computer off after work and pick it up after work the next day, very convenient! After dropping it off the first day he called me as planned around 9 o'clock at night to let me know that things were going well. I don't think customer service gets any better than that! Most places would've left the computer on the counter until the next morning. Scott had scans being run all night long so that it will be ready for pick up the next day. I'll also say that he is charging less than any place else I've ever taken a computer to get help, plus I've never gotten it back the next day fixed completely, plus there were no extra charges, hidden fees, etc. Actually he did more than what he said, he launched all my upgrades, he added some free software to help keep my computer virus free, he even installed an app on my computer in case I ever needed his help I could speak with him remotely. These are all free of course. And the computer has been working wonderful since I returned home with it! All problems fixed 100 percent!!
