He took the PC to the back got the piece out that he needed to get out and clearly explained to me, I should go get a charger and make sure it charges prior to him doing any work on the computer. I did and now it works. There was no charge. ( i'm PC illiterate, so they could've said anything they want it to me ). That will be my go to place if I have any more issues with my phone or any kind of electronics.
