Not sure whether this business has closed. One person posted that the storefront was shuttered. Obviously if that's the case we would need to look elsewhere. Not sure. No one is answering my calls but the technician who is or was here is a very talented person. Not only knows his work but is professional, pleasant, and prices are competitive. I especially appreciated the fast service and honesty concerning turnaround times for the repairs. This was a real "oasis" in the desert of ridiculously high prices for repairs, delays in turnaround times, and overall less than client centric service. hello, Cell tech does quality repairs but I have used the services for my lap top. Almost every time I received computer back in good shape, but they are often late to open and in this most recent visit the owner was out 2 days and no way to get my computer back. I still do not have my lap top.! they were fixing a charging port. This is the second time I am doing this repair. The repair was done the first time about 3 years ago. Went to CellTech after Best Buy Geek Squad was too busy to look at my laptop. CellTech ran some diagnostics and quoted a price and timeframe to fix my laptop via hard drive replacement. Agreed and dropped off laptop and was told it would be ready by tomorrow. This older HP laptop is now working like new and I am very satisfied with CellTech professional and courteous service. Dropped my IPhone XR off on 11/19 having gone to Apple and previously. I was lead to believe that the charging pins were broken on the phone by Apple and that the charging port needed to be replaced. I called the store prior to that date and asked how much it would cost. I was quoted $80 for the simple fix. I dropped of my phone and was happy to get it back soon. Unfortunately, when CellTech took a look under the "hood" they called me and informed me it was actually a board issue within the phone that was preventing it from charging/working. I was told it would cost roughly $200 and take between 2-3 weeks for the repair. Asked me if I wanted to go through with it and I said yes. Fast forward to 12/14, they sent me a message saying it was ready to be picked up. I unfortunately couldn't go until 12/28. Picked it up and sadly it wasn't charged (would have been nice but I'm assuming they did and it died while waiting for me to come get it.) Went home and charged the thing and it works like new! I also used them to get a diagnoses on my Custom PC about 4 months ago and they called me back within 2 days. Love these guys and will definitely use them again when I need to! read more

Terrible experience! Brought my IMac to the location to have a simple lvds screen connector repaired and end up having parts/screws missing, left my graphic card bracket loose. along with my system not be able to boot up anymore. Joseph Montanti (owner) didn't feel that it was important to put the screws/parts back in my iMac because he figured I could just sell the remaining parts. Spoke with him on the phone and he couldn't understand why I brought my iMac back to his store. The other two workers are ok and had nothing to do with the terrible experience. See you in court. I never experienced a situation were an owner takes no responsibility for something they did wrong. read more

Great and fast service. I had my iPhone screen fixed within 15 minutes the first time. Over the next few months I started to notice few glitches until my screen gave out. Nice guys, but they misquoted my repair. Totally wasted my time and money. My laptop was pretty old. They quoted $100-150 with $60 diagnostic fee. When they called the charge would be over $300 total. They clearly knew I was hesitant at $150 and apologized admitting a bad quote. That being said; then cap the cost at $150 or refund my $60. Time is money...I understand the diagnostic fee, but waste yours NOT mine! read more

I read very good reviews on this repair shop both on Yelp and Google, which is why I brought my old iMac in for repair. The first attempt at installing a new hard drive didn't remedy the issue but they realized it actually needed a video card. While waiting for the video card to arrive, they loaned me a Dell desktop so I wouldn't be without a computer. A gesture I really appreciated. Once the part came in, I had my iMac back in my house the next day. The computer is as fast and responsive as the day I bought it in 2008! Wonderful job by Robert and Joe. This is the best computer and cell phone service shop in Middlesex County. I live in old Bridge and needed some laptop and mobile phone repairs. I called around for prices to several places. I called the shop in Monroe, Helmetta, East Brunswick, Matawan, South River, but when I called Celltech in Spotswood I was shocked at how low the price was. And they had a coupon that made the price even lower. I am usually skeptical when the price is too low, but I spoke to the owner, Joe and was confident that he was competent after speaking to him. I took my laptop and my phone to him and two hours later I picked them up. They work perfectly and I paid less for both repairs at Celltech than I would have paid for just the laptop repair at the other places. This is the best laptop and mobile phone repair place in central New Jersey. I highly recommend them. I have been a computer technician for 25 years and I know quality computer work and I also know quality customer service. This place gives you both to an extreme. After Best Buy Geek Squad scheduled an appointment for my laptop repair. I show up and they waisted my time by telling me they don't handle it. I called CellTech and was informed that they could help me. I took my laptop to them and they inspected it and explained that they would need to order the part and explained in detail what would be done. Whhen the part came in, I dropped off my laptop and received a call within 2 hours that the repairs were completed. I was totally amazed by their performance and professionalism and would highly recommend CellTech! They now have a customer for life. read more

Went here to get my iPhone screen repaired after it randomly stopped working. Service was quick and I didn't wait long. Prices are very reasonable as everyone says and had me on my way in no time. I brought my cell phone (Samsung s7) there to fix a wifi issue. They were very reasonable in their estimate. I went ahead and had them replace the broken parts. Few days after picking up my phone the wifi issue returned so I brought it back. They pointed out to me not to use my car charger which was 2.0 amps instead of 1.0 amps which fried the charging port again. They were gracious enough to throw in a replacement charging port for my car for free. They were very professional and would bring my cell phone there again. read more

Had a fatal error show up on my desk top, dropped it off here for a no charge diagnostic look. Got a call back in about an hour fully expecting to get hosed but no was told it was a simple message to the mother board and to fix it $39.99 wow, in another hour got call it was fixed ready for pick up! Way better service (and prices) than the mall kiosk. I broke my iPhone 7 screen after a Friday night out and they had it repaired and fixed that Saturday.
