My wife had the "Dell from Hell" with an intermittent charging issue. A BIOS update was in progress over the internet, when the battery failed and the BIOS was corrupted, turning the laptop into a Dead Doorknob. MDRepairs flashed the BIOS to recover the system for a reasonable charge. After a week we discovered the root cause: the power connection was flaky due to an internal mechanical connector issue within the laptop body. They figured out a workaround to avoid an expensive repair. They would not charge anything for the extra time spent in hunting this maddening power issue down. Have had things repaired in the past there but unsure of what has changed there in the last few years. I dropped off my TOUCH SCREEN laptop computer to have the screen repaired cause half of it wouldn't turn on. Got nothing from them regarding an estimate and called, girl said she would resend. Hours later again I called cause I still did not receive. So then a guy got on the phone and verbally told me $279 and they would let me know when it was done but about 3-5 days. Called back after a week,only for them to tell me they ordered the wrong screen and it would take longer. They did call when it was done and charged me almost 300. Just turned on to use it and it's not a touch screen anymore!!! I purposely buy touch screens for my little children and ease of use and they didn't say anything about that changing and said they ordered the right screen the second time. How are they going to charge $300 and not even replace it with what I had? The place has gone downhill and is a total rip off. I'm So upset. read more

I brought my phone In the other day and I had water damage on the chips inside the phone, I've spoken to 3 employees and they all were very helpful,kind, and offered great service. The moment I walked in the door I could tell that the guy was actually working to fix my phone, and when he brought the phone to me he offered to hold it for another day to try to solve the corrosion in the chips, my speaker system And screen could have been lost but because of these great employees my phone is perfect and back to normal. read more

This is seriously the go to spot in the Lincroft area for phone repairs. Nick fixed my iPhone 6S in roughly 25-30 minutes (I went to go get lunch) and was so very knowledgeable. I thought my phone was beyond repair when the screen started developing lines and glitches all over it. Nick pointed out that the screen was being pushed out from inside by the battery which had become swollen and damaged the screen as well. I got a new screen and battery for a very reasonable price and my phone is like new. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. read more

Very poor service for the expensive price. There was a dust particle under the replaced screen in front of the selfie camera, making all pictures blurry. Had to go back and wait 30 minutes for it to be repaired. They put on a glass screen protector for free, however about 4 months after the replacement, the screen cracked despite the screen protector being on. Had not previously dropped the phone, and that time was only from about 2-3 feet in the air. They had a "90 day warranty" on the replacement, maybe because the phone screen only lasts a couple months at most. They promise me they would straighten out my device and they did not and still charged me $45.

I took my phone in for repair. It had water damage and wouldn't turn on afterward. He made some suggestions about possible problem and set off to fix it. Unfortunately, he realized my poor phone can't be fixed, so he just put my phone back together. The good news is the phone turned back on but the screen's edge was still damaged. I was very happy that he offered not to charge me for anything because he couldn't fix my phone. That was nice of him. read more

I took my phone to be repaired and it was not repaired at all. Instead they put it to the side for two days causing the water damage to get worse and rust out my phone. They then returned my phone without its battery and it took an Apple representative to get on the phone with them to even get them to listen. I am sorry I ever went into their shop and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

They fixed my iphone glass screen and within 5 days it cracked in my back pocket from sitting on it. I weigh 200 lbs. I have never had an iphone glass break from sitting on it. When I went back they said it must have been a faulty glass. They fixed it. 5 days later it cracked again, same scenario. They charged me a second time to fix the glass (15 % discount). The owner swears he uses the strongest glass, bullshit. Place is a chop shop and owner is a complete scumbag. Please go elsewhere to get your phones fixed. read more
