An elderly friend in the late 80's wented an assist on her phone, ATT had sent her a replacement phone that had to be activated. My friend mentioned the clerk informed her she had to pay $25.00 and had no credit balance on her account. I called ATT customer service, she did not have to pay the $25.00 and had a credit balance of close to $200.00. Lucky for us ATT had hired a quality team member at 702 E Boughton. Kevin programed the phone in 5 minutes. Who hires these people anyway?

They provide the best customer service. We left the old carrier we had since 1989 because as loyal customers they could not provide better plans or deals on brand new devices. Verizon had the best deals on iPhone's and Samsung. So head over to Verizon in Lemont and ask for Jaitin and Sagar. You will not be disappointed. If you're not in the area you can also find them at the Lockport Verizon.

Jesus took great care of me. I messaged him on Yelp after an unsuccessful appointment at the Google…read moreStore for my Pixel 6a. I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. Happy to report that I've run multiple games with zero crashes and everything is running fine. The level of service, detailed questions and customer care was excellent. Thanks Adam!

I truly feared all of my files were gone forever. Wedding pictures, baby photos, and vacations we'd taken over the years. Plus all my music and video files. Adam and the Nerd Rangers saved almost everything for me on a 5TB drive. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I'd called a couple services that would have needed me to mail off the drive and they quoted me much higher rates as their minimums. I'm so glad I found Nerd Rangers. They're local and kept me updated every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

Instead of fixing my phone the guy created another problem. I am no longer able to use all of the keys on my keyboard; this was not an issue before him opening up the screen a second time. I asked him for a refund so I could go elsewhere and get my phone fixed. He declined and said no refunds. I understand that I may need to be a little inconvenienced, but since you could not do the job after two tries, I should receive my money back.
