I have purchased my last two phones at this particular verizon dealer. Both experiences were…read moreamazing but this last time was outstanding. It's iPhone day and I was anxious to upgrade. I went to the store knowing I could trade in my old iPhone for the cost of the new one. (Thank you, Apple products for retaining value!) The store opened at 8 so I got there about 7:30. I was number 8 in line. No big deal. I knew I could be in and out and make it to work by 9. As I'm going through the process of buying my phone, the trade-in computer crashes. What?!?! They offer me a few different options. I could pay the $200 and bring my phone back and get a $200 verizon gift card. Um, no. I wasn't prepared to drop that kinda money that day. I had done my homework and wanted my trade-in. I had picked out my case already and was incredibly upset with the situation. Then, we come to a compromise! The CSR tells me that they will hold my purchase. They will happily put my iPhone and selected case in the back. This wasn't my fault and I had come anxious to buy my phone. A nationwide outage on the trade-in system shouldn't take away my new phone! I get off work at 6 and come back. There are still people waiting to buy new phones. What?!?! They only have the 64 GB?!?! Except for mine. Sitting in the back waiting for me to take her home. Trade-in computer was back up and running. YEAH!!! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. CSR traded my phone in and I paid taxes on the new one (oh and my accessory pack). He even helped me set up my Microsoft exchange for my work email!!

I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

I found this store after looking through my maps and decided to give it a try after looking at both positive and negative reviews. The price for my repair had me sold. My tablet did take two days but only because he didn't have the screen he needed in stock at the time. Personally I don't mind a two day max wait if the job is being done right which it was. I got my tablet back looking brand new plus he provides a 90 day warranty in case you feel something is working right. So there's nothing to lose in trying. I definitely recommend anyone with a tablet or phone issue to give this place a try!
