The only suggestion they had was contact Global Fraud, which wasn't any help since they don't consider being charged for a phone that was never received a fraud issue. The staff did contact their Customer Service number and was told the phone had been sent to the Klamath Falls office, but they are powerless when it comes to resolving billing. I had to locate the items myself. I buy most things online since the selection of products is limited in Klamath Falls and the prices for anything are higher. I didn't buy the page tabs, Staples price is double the $3.68 Amazon price. I ordered them on Amazon. The employee who checked me out was unfriendly. I'll stick to buying online. The selection and customer service are so much better. I do not recommend shopping at the Klamath Falls store. It's a skeleton of the great store it once was.

She called me at home because my edit wasn't good enough, but she was very interested in helping me. I'm writing this review because stores rarely have employees like this anymore, so I will keep getting my printing done here. It's very professional looking with outstanding prices. I had left another review for Daniel I think his name was but now it's gone. This is for Klamath falls not Medford.

On a final follow-up exam, he mentioned I might consider consulting with a dermatologist. He suspected I might have skin cancer. I immediately followed up and was able to get an appointment several months out. Apparently there are few dermatologists in Klamath Falls. When I was finally examined, the doctor expressed relief that I was referred, skin cancer was confirmed, and it was caught early. Is it any wonder I highly recommend Dr. Mark Fay? Had he have just pushed me through the appointment and moved on, I might have discovered the cancer at a much later date, which would not have been good! THANK YOU DR. FAY!
