I bumped up to two stars because Luke (different electrician) came to fix the problem with the loose wire and he was professional. He agreed that it was unusual to offset the main breaker when the panel had a central position and knock out. He also said he would have separated the neutral wire from the ground wire as a matter of good practice on a new panel. So, if no other company is available, ask for Luke.

When your business is run 95% on communication with customers and using internet run programs for customer information I refuse to do business with a company that acts so childish because someone decides to change providers.
