It was an extremely hot day, and with the air conditioner out, made it miserable for us. The value of the repair completed so quick was very appreciated. Last month, American home warranty set up a service call for a ceiling fan. Mr. Mince reached out promptly with an appt the next day at 9am. He was on time and immediately tested connections and found that the fan was old and needed replaced. He then called the home warranty for approval to replace and install. The job was finished within 2 hrs start to finish. That included going to purchase the new fan. When he left, the job area was completely cleaned up.
