I have a son that has seizures when it gets hot and when my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air I was concerned . Seasons change in Klamath Falls Oregon did their best to get someone here as soon as possible due to the situation . I was able to get a cancellation and they sent a young lady out to fix my AC she was very courteous and polite answered my questions and found the problem quickly and resolved it . I think the customer service in the office needs fine tuning. I was told by a woman who answered the phone that I had no account on file. I have been a customer for 15 years. She told me KiKi would return my call when she came back into the office. KiKi called me a few minutes later & told me she was with a customer in the office. She was helpful & scheduled a maintenance call for me. Prices are higher than I would like to pay but if you want it you must pay. I wished there was a discount for paying cash or for seniors but I was told no by KiKi. Mat came to my home as the installer & he did a great job. He was very polite & professional. He was efficient & clean in appearance. I couldn't of asked for a nicer installer to come to my home. Seasons Change has my business & will have in the future. read more

This was a 5 star company in my opinion until my recent experience. Let me first explain why I was 5 stars: My brother and my parents both used Seasons Change several years ago and were happy with their experience. Levi was the salesman for both of them. We ended up having Levi come to our house for a quote and had them install a couple of heat pumps soon after. We have been very very pleased with this service. Levi and the crew were top notch. Now why I have to drop it down to 2 stars based on a 1 star experience.... A family property recently flooded and is undergoing restoration through the insurance company. It was obvious the HVAC system failed during the flood due to the timing, that it was in a shared wall with the water hose that burst, the initial moister meter deemed the wettest part of the entire house was in the furnace closet, and the sheer amount of condensation all over the house indicated it wasn't working during the flood (over 57,000 gallons of water). Our contractor had seasons change come out to inspect the furnace to see if they could determine the cause of it failing and to see if it could be repaired. He had been working with Victor (a salesman). Our contractor reached out after they issued the $120 report and said they were unable to determine the cause, that water was unlikely, but they couldn't inspect it due it "safety concerns." So basically the report was as good as me looking in the closet and saying, I have no idea what I'm looking at, can't tell you what happened. I started to investigate through the City Water department (who determined the exact date the flood started), Pacific Power (17 outages leading up to the flood), Avista gas (the gas usage suddenly stopped on the exact date the flood occurred). Now anyone can look at this and say this is not a coincidence. I called Seasons Change, not realized I had the location in Redmond, and the technician literally said that while they can almost never determine the exact cause, if it is possible, they would put a clause in the report for insurance purposes, stating the cause was unable to be determined, but flooding/power outages could not be excluded. This is literally all my insurance company needed to hear. So I got on the phone to the Klamath location... Kiki answered the phone. I tried to explain all of this to her and asked to speak to the technician. She told me "I'm sorry the report didn't say what you wanted, but we are not in the business of committing insurance fraud."She would not let me speak to the tech. Now I am very familiar with insurance fraud, little does she know. Asking for a sentence to say "flooding cannot be excluded" when they literally couldn't determine the cause, is not insurance fraud. It's what insurance companies need to process a claim. If it could be excluded, then great, I completely understand. But that's not what the report says. Kiki literally told me if I had any additional questions, I needed to direct them to my contractor. EXCUSE ME!? This is my house and the $120 for a bs report is coming out of my pocket. Anyway, Kiki is a terrible person and shouldn't be in charge of answering phones. If the technician, Matthew, would like to clear up what was in his report, I guarantee they know who we are and how to contact us. This is extremely unfortunate for them, because regardless of the insurance company approving or denying the claim, we were prepared to have Seasons Change install an entire new system at this location. Big loss for them. If you need an install, make sure you get ahold of Levi for your needs. He's clearly the only person I can trust there. read more

Today we did a full upgrade with our 20 yr old furnace and added central air to our home. There are no words to explain the amazing customer service we have received. It started with Levi coming out to give us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us regarding the questions we asked. The install date was within 2 weeks of our initial estimation visit. But the most praise need to go out to Nick and Ryan who were the ones to install both new systems. Terrible customer service. Their install was fast and it looked good but it was not installed the way we agreed on. I've been trying to get them to fix it for two months now. The first guy that came out had no idea what he was doing, a complete waste of time. The owner came out and had a solution to fix the install, but that was three weeks ago ! $95 service call for 5 minute adjustment to my thermostat. It was not showing the right temp. The serviceman (who was great) tried to get the price reduced but office said no. I can't compliment the service guy enough. Happy with my heat pump but they charge a lot for an adjustment they could have probably helped me do over the phone. read more

Called to have our A/c looked at, serviceman came out 5/3 said he needed to order parts and they would call by end of week re: estamate . NO CALL call them to see about estamate on work and was told I would get a call Mon. NO CALL we had this looked at in May so we would have it fixed by July. We just had Seasons Change install AC at our new home in Bend. Jon was great at contacting us, quickly getting us a quote, and answering all of our questions. We selected them after reviewing three competing quotes and vendors. We were not disappointed. Their office staff is great, and they arrived right on schedule on the day of installation. The install went well, and they have already reached out to do a follow up inspection. We would have no hesitation recommending them to others based on our experience. Just in time for Halloween, witches of Eastwick work here!!!! I'm so sorry but I don't give money to businesses who yell. I had an appt scheduled and was merely calling to confirm they were on time. You see, I wanted to make a quick run to the store if they were going to be late. Instantly the woman raised her voice yelling at me for my number being disconnected cuz she tried really hard to get someone here yesterday???? WHAT??? I was fine with the appt I had, why are you yelling at me that you couldn't call me yesterday to send someone over? PMS???? Hormone check time cuz I asked for her supervisor, and when she passed the torch Lynn took over with the yelling. FINALLY I said, "I'm recording this call" which caused her to lower her voice just a little. Rob and his helper were amazing. I had given them a snack the last time they were here, but today all I could do was vent that I was just yelled at by two very angry ladies all because I couldn't accommodate THEIR schedule the day before. Something is very wrong with a business who thinks they can get away with treating their paying customers as irritating nuisances. Yes Rob was great, but I will never call again (LOL she's yelling at me saying "You can't yell at me"). I was only yelling to see if she would shut up long enough to listen that I wasn't upset at all, but when Lynn chimed in with her abusive anger, it was apparent to me they were simply mad at me for messing up their schedule the day before since THEY had a slot open. Guess it never occurred to you that perhaps that wouldn't have been convenient for me since I was out of town, OUCH. Stop in tho for good old fashioned Halloween spirit, cuz yes I'm sure they have their full wardrobe on for anyone to see they truly are up for the season of witches (less the B). There is no customer service! They are the only people in the area that do this one service and I have been calling to set it up for 8 months now. Now I am getting the run around. They can only come out i there is another job in the same area. Just come do your job! It is called customer service. Especially if you are the only ones with that type of contract. Which I will be calling the electric company and complain that the business isnt getting done and to cancel the contract and go with someone who will attempt to get the business! read more
