Have recommended him to other homeowners, in addition to a friend who now has him also doing work on their local business A/C units. I only know and know of happy customers.

Bliss Heating & A/C carries the best ducted central heat pump sold in the US the Bosch Inverter…read more Our trusty old unit sadly gave up the ghost after over 10 years of service, sometimes buried in snow and sometimes in the parching sun. We desired the same technology as in the new mini-splits but we have a ducted system. We found that Bosch meets this expectation as we have been waiting years for one of these that is not prohibitively expensive. Why the US manufacturers can't get with it is beyond me. The Bosch unit actually virtually changes size based on heating or cooling requirement, so it's like having a smaller unit on not so warm or cold days and a larger on colder or hotter, hence very efficient. Most important around here is the Bosch pulls heat out of the air at much lower temps than the conventional units so that the lower cost heat pump heat will be useful at lower temps before the expensive resistive heat strips kick in. We called Bosch and asked for a company in Southern Oregon and they gave us the number to Bliss. Shane does amazing work at an exceptional price and to top it off is a super nice guy. When I asked some of the other companies, they seemed to know little to nothing about these inverter central air units and insisted I buy older technology GE, Goodman, Rheem etc. Shane knew more than the people at Bosch I spoke with and has been installing them since they came out a few years back. Cheers for a company that thinks outside of the box and goes the extra mile, literally!

Horrible experience do not trust these people in your home. They were hired to replace a part on…read morethe heater in my apartment and it took them a long time to figure out that they needed to order a part and they said when the part comes in that they will be by to fix it. I never heard anything and when I finally called for the third time, they said the part was in, but they were scheduling now three weeks out. Mind you this was November and I had no heat source in my apartment. Three weeks later they came out and replaced the part and left. I came back a few hours later and my apartment was filled with the smell of gas. With my two animals locked inside the home. I immediately called them and turned the gas off and requested that they come out right away. They came out that day, but told me next time I needed to contact the gas company not them.. It turns out that they didn't check for leaks before they left after putting in the new part and there were several leaks in the new part that they had replaced. Their work vehicle also hit and damaged my vehicle in the parking lot and they denied responsibility. I highly do not recommend letting these people into your home and trusting them to service you correctly and be honest.

I think the customer service in the office needs fine tuning. I was told by a woman who answered…read morethe phone that I had no account on file. I have been a customer for 15 years. She told me KiKi would return my call when she came back into the office. KiKi called me a few minutes later & told me she was with a customer in the office. She was helpful & scheduled a maintenance call for me. Prices are higher than I would like to pay but if you want it you must pay. I wished there was a discount for paying cash or for seniors but I was told no by KiKi. Mat came to my home as the installer & he did a great job. He was very polite & professional. He was efficient & clean in appearance. I couldn't of asked for a nicer installer to come to my home. Seasons Change has my business & will have in the future.

This was a 5 star company in my opinion until my recent experience. Let me first explain why I was…read more5 stars: My brother and my parents both used Seasons Change several years ago and were happy with their experience. Levi was the salesman for both of them. We ended up having Levi come to our house for a quote and had them install a couple of heat pumps soon after. We have been very very pleased with this service. Levi and the crew were top notch. Now why I have to drop it down to 2 stars based on a 1 star experience.... A family property recently flooded and is undergoing restoration through the insurance company. It was obvious the HVAC system failed during the flood due to the timing, that it was in a shared wall with the water hose that burst, the initial moister meter deemed the wettest part of the entire house was in the furnace closet, and the sheer amount of condensation all over the house indicated it wasn't working during the flood (over 57,000 gallons of water). Our contractor had seasons change come out to inspect the furnace to see if they could determine the cause of it failing and to see if it could be repaired. He had been working with Victor (a salesman). Our contractor reached out after they issued the $120 report and said they were unable to determine the cause, that water was unlikely, but they couldn't inspect it due it "safety concerns." So basically the report was as good as me looking in the closet and saying, I have no idea what I'm looking at, can't tell you what happened. I started to investigate through the City Water department (who determined the exact date the flood started), Pacific Power (17 outages leading up to the flood), Avista gas (the gas usage suddenly stopped on the exact date the flood occurred). Now anyone can look at this and say this is not a coincidence. I called Seasons Change, not realized I had the location in Redmond, and the technician literally said that while they can almost never determine the exact cause, if it is possible, they would put a clause in the report for insurance purposes, stating the cause was unable to be determined, but flooding/power outages could not be excluded. This is literally all my insurance company needed to hear. So I got on the phone to the Klamath location... Kiki answered the phone. I tried to explain all of this to her and asked to speak to the technician. She told me "I'm sorry the report didn't say what you wanted, but we are not in the business of committing insurance fraud."She would not let me speak to the tech. Now I am very familiar with insurance fraud, little does she know. Asking for a sentence to say "flooding cannot be excluded" when they literally couldn't determine the cause, is not insurance fraud. It's what insurance companies need to process a claim. If it could be excluded, then great, I completely understand. But that's not what the report says. Kiki literally told me if I had any additional questions, I needed to direct them to my contractor. EXCUSE ME!? This is my house and the $120 for a bs report is coming out of my pocket. Anyway, Kiki is a terrible person and shouldn't be in charge of answering phones. If the technician, Matthew, would like to clear up what was in his report, I guarantee they know who we are and how to contact us. This is extremely unfortunate for them, because regardless of the insurance company approving or denying the claim, we were prepared to have Seasons Change install an entire new system at this location. Big loss for them. If you need an install, make sure you get ahold of Levi for your needs. He's clearly the only person I can trust there.
