When I called to ask how they got my information, they acted like it was no big deal and said they probably did work for me before and their new system got mixed up. After that disappearing act, I didn't bother to try and contact him, (though my builder did with no response) I'm done with Grant Plumbing. I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. He has all the work he can handle and it may have gone to his head.

We had it reinspected and the inspector said nothing had been fixed so they went out again and they said it needed to be dug out more.....so it sounds like they actually tried to bill us for something that was never done. It got dug out more and they ended up replacing a 4 inch drain line and sent a bill for $1900. I will never recommend them to do anything for anyone.

It took a few calls to reach Kolby, but once I talked to him he came out the next day to look at the job to give a quote. It took a few days to get the quote but then he completed the job within a week. That timeframe worked for us since we had not moved in and had other repairs being made. After the job was finished Kolby came out and explained what he did and showed us how to work the shut off valve. He was easy to work with and completed the job as promised. I would use Basin Plumbing for other plumbing jobs.
