I bumped up to two stars because Luke (different electrician) came to fix the problem with the loose wire and he was professional. He agreed that it was unusual to offset the main breaker when the panel had a central position and knock out. He also said he would have separated the neutral wire from the ground wire as a matter of good practice on a new panel. So, if no other company is available, ask for Luke.

I kept getting blown off and when you're running a business that's unacceptable. They won't commit to anything with you. Don't be fooled by their assurances. They are false promises. The jobs I needed done were big bucks and they lost the work due to their inability to line up an electrician. My call in to them, with many follow up calls in between, went 8 weeks without any one coming out and I finally told them to forget about it. Theses people are horrendous and unreliable.
