I asked if I could get my money back or a replacement to something of equal value she said I can only exchange it for the other controller which was lesser value at 84$ as I was getting told this I was confused by why I'm losing so much money so I asked her why can't I get my money back she said you can either exchange it for the broken one or take your old controller and leave honestly I just took the controller and left but honestly am super upset after the terrible customer service after it all! She was chubby. She had black hair and she was in her 30s. She was white. She gave an attitude and it was very rude about the whole situation and she had no sympathy or kindness towards me and that makes me not want to come back again. She should not be working there if she is going to treat customers like that. Anyway I just thought I'd let anyone know that invested in the warranty program with GameStop don't do it it's a scam!!! The day I came in was November 12 on a Wednesday.

I had some equipment questions which I put into an email to the company, and received a very nice and well-written technical description of the equipment in question. My inquiry was satisfactorily addressed, giving me a number of options that I was looking for. I didn't ask United Nuclear personnel to make the decision for me, but I did ask their recommendations: I'm responsible for the decision I make -- and thanks to their assistance, my decision was an informed one. Radiation is nothing to screw around with, and while they're polite and easy to work with, they don't minimize risks -- and told me what I need to know. I discussed my inquiry on the phone with someone today and was impressed by the depth of their knowledge and the or professionalism. They're the experts, and they freely shared their knowledge with me. I am a risk resource management consultant and believe my clients would benefit in establishing a relationship with United Nuclear. Oh, by the way, they have some great T-shirts. The cashier at the time said yes, as long as it's 80% full and not broken, and I was like cool I've used it twice, it stinks. I drove home and brought the perfume back, the lady that helped me the second time (a heavy set alternative/emo looking girl with wild dyed hair I think silver) was not very good at customer service, and she was the manager, I walked up with a smile and a cheerful greeting (because I do have good customer service) and my request to return my perfume. The way she looked at me and gave me a fake smile I could already tell that the girl wasn't going to help me. She looked for a box to scan the sku code and said she didn't have it therefore she couldn't do the return, she also said it was because it looked open. I called customer service and they said that the return should've been possible, I came down to a different store and they did the return with no issue, not needing the barcode from the box, they just got it from the computer with no issue and no sass. I used to go in and pick up products because I liked how calm that store was, I never minded the ladies followed me and stared me down, cause they thought I was going to take something. Because I knew I was there to purchase stuff, but not being able to return something I purchased at the same store, because the girl didn't want to do her job and just wanted to profile me, is not okay. A person like that shouldn't work customer service and definitely shouldn't manage a store. People shouldn't feel bad where they go purchase their products. They should get better training so every store can go ny the same policy, they should, but I guess it wasn't thorough enough.
