I bought my All-Clad pots and pans set there and was on the fence between the regular stainless or the copper core (much more expensive) sets. They were honest, telling me how both sets work in their homes, and I ended up getting the regular stainless. They carry all sorts of fine gifts: Waterford crystal, interesting home decor, beautful art pieces, Fiestaware, soaps, 12 Ranch Wines, etc. The upscale clothing store Pearl closed when the economy dived, but instead of losing the famous brands, the owner relocated a small amount of the merchandise to M'Bellish's upstairs loft. They carry Micheal Stars, Weston Wear, Three Dots, Twisted Heart, Joe's Jeans, and many more great brands. Until Pearl reopens I can be perfectly happy finding a few great pieces there! M'Bellish also supports local businesses and is a warm, welcome stopping spot for events such as Third Thursday and the Snowflake Festival. They often have cookies and hot cider or wine tasting, cheese, and crackers, and showcase local artists as well.

The cashier at the time said yes, as long as it's 80% full and not broken, and I was like cool I've used it twice, it stinks. I drove home and brought the perfume back, the lady that helped me the second time (a heavy set alternative/emo looking girl with wild dyed hair I think silver) was not very good at customer service, and she was the manager, I walked up with a smile and a cheerful greeting (because I do have good customer service) and my request to return my perfume. The way she looked at me and gave me a fake smile I could already tell that the girl wasn't going to help me. She looked for a box to scan the sku code and said she didn't have it therefore she couldn't do the return, she also said it was because it looked open. I called customer service and they said that the return should've been possible, I came down to a different store and they did the return with no issue, not needing the barcode from the box, they just got it from the computer with no issue and no sass. I used to go in and pick up products because I liked how calm that store was, I never minded the ladies followed me and stared me down, cause they thought I was going to take something. Because I knew I was there to purchase stuff, but not being able to return something I purchased at the same store, because the girl didn't want to do her job and just wanted to profile me, is not okay. A person like that shouldn't work customer service and definitely shouldn't manage a store. People shouldn't feel bad where they go purchase their products. They should get better training so every store can go ny the same policy, they should, but I guess it wasn't thorough enough.

Went In about 30 minutes ago to get a controller replacement my controller was around 200$ with a…read more30$ warranty for 1-2 years bought it earlier this year in January, so the warranty still valid. I asked if I could get my money back or a replacement to something of equal value she said I can only exchange it for the other controller which was lesser value at 84$ as I was getting told this I was confused by why I'm losing so much money so I asked her why can't I get my money back she said you can either exchange it for the broken one or take your old controller and leave honestly I just took the controller and left but honestly am super upset after the terrible customer service after it all! She was chubby. She had black hair and she was in her 30s. She was white. She gave an attitude and it was very rude about the whole situation and she had no sympathy or kindness towards me and that makes me not want to come back again. She should not be working there if she is going to treat customers like that. Anyway I just thought I'd let anyone know that invested in the warranty program with GameStop don't do it it's a scam!!! The day I came in was November 12 on a Wednesday.
