This is a HUGE Walmart. One of the biggest I've ever been to. We Just stopped in for a couple of items - TWO. I needed a sponge and some napkins at our air B&B. The store was very clean AND ORGANIZED! The aisles were clean and well kept. The restroom was very clean and easily accessible. A lot of places have them at the very back corner. That makes it hard to find. The parking lot, was just as huge as the store. And it was very clean as well. The Walmarts that I usually go to have trash everywhere. Not here. But the most important aspect of the store in my opinion, was the customer service. I stopped and spoke to AT LEAST four different employees. EVERY SINGLE ONE was friendly and helpful. They told me where something was and then showed me the way. They had a great attitude and a smile on their faces. I was amazed at their hospitable and friendly attitudes. I live in Sacramento but would be tempted to drive the FIVE HOURS to this Walmart just because it was a GREAT Experience. I did not take any pictures because I thought it was going to be a quick stop. But I really enjoyed doing my shopping at this store. Even if I only bought two items and spent less than $8. Wal Mart tire center delivers. Great service. We blew a trailer tire on the way back from California on a holiday weekend. Stranded on the side of the road, I took off the wheel and sent my wife to the tire center with the blown tire while I stayed with the trailer. She was back within and hour. Great service! I like the products they have and most employees are very nice. My problem is that every time I go in the wait to checkout is longer and longer. Normally that would not be an issue, but management keeps locking up half of the registers. That would be easier to let go if all but 2 of them hadn't been switched over to self checkout. Why move to self checkout if you aren't even going to allow the customers to use them. As of today when I went in there was a line of at least 20 people waiting to checkout and only half the registers available. I was not the only customer to just give up and ho elsewhere. read more

I am very disappointed in this Walmart! I sent in a return item to be shipped back to it's company and was refund only a third of what I paid for. They didn't have any bags at the self serve register. and when I asked for someone to return and exchange a gallon of milk for me, I was told to go do it myself. I was in Walmart yesterday when I went to check out, the self checkout register froze. I called over an associate over. He reset it, it did it again. the register said to removed the "canceled item." But there was no canceled item. Then he said in a quiet voice that they usually freeze when the register suspects the customer of theft. Then he asked if I had anything in my pockets, which of course I said No. We tried a different register, same thing. Then he said he would get some help. Same thing happened again, this guy also asked me if I had any hidden electronics. I've never been called a thief in my 59 years of life. I do a lot of business with Walmart. I get my medications there, use online shopping for both pick up & shipping. That all comes to an end. read more

The store is never fully stocked. I've visited other Wal-Marts and they are fully stocked. I don't know what they are doing rearranging the entire store but it's a mess. Body wash is where the dog food is kept, racks of shoes are all over the store, baby section is all cramped up, and the list goes on. I don't shop there unless it's absolutely necessary like my prescriptions. If I need groceries from them, I do it on line. It's very frustrating and time consuming to physically shop in the store. I have to agree with a previous post in regards to the use of "Supercenter". This is where the general public goes to save money, and this Walmart is no different. I've been in much bigger Walmart's, which I personally would consider a real "Supercenter". This one, not so much. I'm thankful this Walmart is here, as it's a very popular place especially during the summer time. Being near the California border, I'm sure many come up to take advantage of the lack of state sales tax, so weekends can be a bit hectic. Often times, you can encounter a bus or two full of migrant workers or work crews that hit this store on the weekends. In regards to customer service, I've not had any one incident that made me never return. The Pharmacy can be very busy and it can take a long time to get your medications. With that being said, plan your trip accordingly when the store may be less busy. I've not used the bathrooms but my spouse has had no complaints to date when using them. I rarely see anyone sweeping or cleaning, only stocking shelves. My main complaint is, the produce section never impresses me. Living in the heart of the PNW farm country, I'd expect better produce. Not the case here. I choose to purchase my produce elsewhere. I also notice there are some challenges with them keeping up with stocking their shelves. Maybe I just shop at the worst times, or I'm just a day late and a dollar short. Not uncommon for me to be looking for a none sale item and it's missing from the shelf. All in all, I go there as it's the only Walmart close, so it does what I need it to do. Having been in much nicer Walmart's, I have experienced better but again, I'm glad they are here. read more

My girlfriend and I previously bought a kitchen table online. We did one purchase where we thought we were buying just one, but they ended up charging us for two, so we of course cancelled that order and then the next day put in a new order for just one table. The following week we went to pick up our table at this location, took it home, and put it together. TWO DAYS AFTER I get an email stating that there is a pickup ordered for ANOTHER TABLE on an order I CANCELLED. So today, I went to go return the table that they charged me extra for. When we went to the pickup counter, the woman working was very rude when I told her the situation. She didn't say one word before she went to the back to bring out the table. I told her I wanted to return it and she said, "Call Walmart.com. Have a nice day." She left us with the damn table and barely gave us any direction to return it. I've always hated Walmart, but I thought they were perfect to order furniture from. I was totally wrong. read more

We were helping a relative from Kaneohe get household supplies for his dorm room in the Oregon TechnIcal Institute and found most of the items on his list at Fred Meyer; to finish his shopping we went to Walmart. There we not only found the rest of his items, but an electric fan. Nearly every other store sold out all their fans and new supplies were selling out as fast as they came in during this heat wave. He also was delighted to find a small electric alarm clock with USB charging ports and battery backup. Walmart is one of the few stores where you can buy flatware by the piece instead of in sets and the prices are low. read more

My wife tried to get something from the cosmetics lock up today so she asked the guy there, Cliff to unlock it for her. Cliff told her she needed to go to the fitting rooms. When she asked why he said, "because they have the key." Then she asked Cliff if he could page them and he said, "I don't have a radio, what do you want me to do call them on my cell phone?" First off the store is pretty dirty, look up at the air vents, all of them are dirty. There are almost more dead fish than living ones in the fish section. They lock up their shaving razors and treat you like a criminal if you want to buy them. Most of the carts are wonky. They have NO hand baskets. None. They understaff the check out lines. Wanna try the self check out? Forget it, it will have some stupid problem and you will wait 5 minutes for help. This Walmart stinks, literally, it's right next to a septic field. read more

Call me spoiled because I'm from California but even the Walmart grocery stores in Northern California are larger than this so called "Walmart supercenter". I also felt as if staff was very gender biased. The women did not acknowledge me or look up when I walked down the isle while they were stocking. There was also an old lady at self checkout who could only handle opening 2 registers at a time with 1 for cash and 1 for card. This is one of the biggest Wal Marts that I have been to, and by that,I mean by having more items than other locations.
