Quality/Quantity - So mad at myself... Forgot my flip flops, so I ran into this Walmart to get a "disposable" pair... $17 later... But wait, after my wife was done shopping, $100 later... This was one expensive mistake. Ambiance - Huge location. Plenty of parking, but it rained today, so the hoards of baby mosquitoes were everywhere!! So bad and I actually got one bite... Service - Self service. Price - $100, inexpensive, part of the reason we buy more than we need. Plus no sales tax. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1969, as the world's largest company by revenue (2022), $648+ billion sales (2024); 50+ stores in Nevada and 309+ stores in California (2022). 1962 Walmart Discount City. 1969 Walmart Inc. 1970 Walmart Stores Inc. read more

Clean store, friendly employees! And Paul in maintenance didn't have to help me get items off the shelf that were too high for me! (Not only was he heading home, but he's not even a clerk! I tried to call a manager up before I left, no one was available so I called the store on my way home and wasn't able to reach anyone then either! read more

I went to return my item with the original box, and they refused because they didn't have another box to put it in The employee had a rude attitude from the moment we arrived and kept making faces at us. She spoke to the manager, who told me to return it at another store.I explained there's only one store in Klamath Falls, and she said I could go to Medford. The item was in perfect condition; it was simply the wrong size read more

Poor customer service, rude employees, get run over by their online carts. The store is dirty, flies over produce. Mouse droppings in bread area. Always out of general staple items. read more

This is a HUGE Walmart. One of the biggest I've ever been to. We Just stopped in for a couple of items - TWO. I needed a sponge and some napkins at our air B&B. The store was very clean AND ORGANIZED! The aisles were clean and well kept. The restroom was very clean and easily accessible. A lot of places have them at the very back corner. That makes it hard to find. The parking lot, was just as huge as the store. And it was very clean as well. The Walmarts that I usually go to have trash everywhere. Not here. But the most important aspect of the store in my opinion, was the customer service. I stopped and spoke to AT LEAST four different employees. EVERY SINGLE ONE was friendly and helpful. They told me where something was and then showed me the way. They had a great attitude and a smile on their faces. I was amazed at their hospitable and friendly attitudes. I live in Sacramento but would be tempted to drive the FIVE HOURS to this Walmart just because it was a GREAT Experience. I did not take any pictures because I thought it was going to be a quick stop. But I really enjoyed doing my shopping at this store. Even if I only bought two items and spent less than $8. Thank you Walmart for restoring my faith in good customer service at Walmart . read more

If it wasn't 1 of the only stores that has fabric or clothing I wouldn't shop there due 2 not having apple pay, pay by entering manually ur credit visa card 2 pay cuz I didn't have cash at the time, the workers r great it's just that policy about payment. If there was a target or another Joanne's I wouldn't shop there read more

So.. If the workers weren't mostly nice, I'd be slapping this place with 0 STARS! But they're polite, so I'll give them that. Now, onto the badness. First off, the music? Awful. Like, who chose this playlist? Was it a bored intern with a grudge? My ears deserve better while I shop for my $5 candles and questionable produce. The screaming kids? Oh, don't get me started. I don't know what's going on in the toy aisle, but it sounds like a demonic summoning. Someone hand those kids a snack or a muzzle. Oh, and let's talk about the locked-up items. Are we at Walmart or Fort Knox? I'm not waiting 20 minutes for someone with a key just to buy a $3 mascara. Ridiculous. Overall: 2 stars. Mostly because the employees didn't throw me out when I loudly voiced all of this in the middle of the store. read more

I've just moved to Klamath falls. used Walmart pharmacy & very dissapointed in the service. 6 people behind counter, one person calling people up. seems employees more worried about hair color & piercings than helping customers. No smile, no good morning. They all seem beat down or burnt out. I'll take my business elsewhere. Walmart has literally become the "bottom of the barrel" for customer service. read more

Customer service. Employee attitude. Obviously no management. If I did my job the way these people do I would have been shown the door a long time ago. My cart full of goods i still in the aisle where I left it. Maybe someone can motivate one of these wonderful people before the ice cream melts on the floor. read more

absolutely the worst place to go. gets pushed by employees and insulted by employees constantly. tries to resolve it just for it to be overlooked. i've been hit by the in store shoppers more than i can count and called a b*tch and worse by the own freaking employees. half of the people working there can't do their jobs and stand around like a buffering sim. read more

This new policy of locking everything up may reduce shrink but they are going to end up losing our thousands we spend each year because it is becoming unshoppable. Waiting for someone in one section then someone else then someone else. The staff is great but the new process is horrible. Walmart Supercenter - Department Stores Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

Photo center is great! Ladies were so nice and helpful. Don't like having to wait for service to open Lock up to buy a hair brush?! And Do NOT like having to check myself out. Takes twice as long! Worst thing is absolutely no paper or plastic bags available. Have to buy a 98 cent fiber bag. Ridiculously poor customer appreciation read more

Unusually nice walmart. Good selection and friendly staff. Some interesting customers. Convenient parking.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Called ahead of time for a return and they said that the customer service desk closes at 8, i get the at 6 and they said they are closed.....bummer. I come back 2 days later at 6 thinking they will be closed normal time and what to find out is that they are closed again not at the normal time. Never coming back walmart due to the frustration of driving back and forth for nothing read more

Wal Mart tire center delivers. Great service. We blew a trailer tire on the way back from California on a holiday weekend. Stranded on the side of the road, I took off the wheel and sent my wife to the tire center with the blown tire while I stayed with the trailer. She was back within and hour. Great service! There are great people who work these days to service customers. Nice to see. read more

I like the products they have and most employees are very nice. My problem is that every time I go in the wait to checkout is longer and longer. Normally that would not be an issue, but management keeps locking up half of the registers. That would be easier to let go if all but 2 of them hadn't been switched over to self checkout. Why move to self checkout if you aren't even going to allow the customers to use them. As of today when I went in there was a line of at least 20 people waiting to checkout and only half the registers available. I was not the only customer to just give up and ho elsewhere. read more

This compliment is for an employee of the Walmart Center in K. Falls. Ava helped me and my son find several items that we needed. She was so warm and friendly, and it is unusual these days for store clerks to take the time to help. read more

I am very disappointed in this Walmart! I sent in a return item to be shipped back to it's company and was refund only a third of what I paid for. They didn't have any bags at the self serve register. and when I asked for someone to return and exchange a gallon of milk for me, I was told to go do it myself. Terrible customer service, terrible availability of supplies. and I got shorted on my refund! If I had a choice, I would never return to Walmart again!!! read more

I don't know what people expect it's a Walmart if you're going with high expectations you might not be can that happy however if you go in friendly and you approach associates with respect I'll let you know that all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to me and the guys back in the section where they have bows and arrows and fish hooks and things those guys were hilarious and super helpful and were able to direct me to the store that had exactly what I needed thank you read more

I'm wondering if I'm alone in this but WHO IS IN CHARGE???? Evert time I go there, I have one or two more unbelievable stories! Today topped them all! An employee was tending to her obviously hurt hand. Here's how our conversation went; Me: is your hand ok? Employee: no, it hurts Me: what happened? Employee: a customer didn't like our self checkouts and hit me. Me: so let's get your manager because its obviously hurt. Employee: I don't have one! I KNEW IT!!!!....NO ONE IS IN CHARGE HERE! I was in Walmart yesterday when I went to check out, the self checkout register froze. I called over an associate over. He reset it, it did it again. the register said to removed the "canceled item." But there was no canceled item. Then he said in a quiet voice that they usually freeze when the register suspects the customer of theft. Then he asked if I had anything in my pockets, which of course I said No. We tried a different register, same thing. Then he said he would get some help. Same thing happened again, this guy also asked me if I had any hidden electronics. I've never been called a thief in my 59 years of life. I do a lot of business with Walmart. I get my medications there, use online shopping for both pick up & shipping. That all comes to an end. read more

The store is never fully stocked. I've visited other Wal-Marts and they are fully stocked. I don't know what they are doing rearranging the entire store but it's a mess. Body wash is where the dog food is kept, racks of shoes are all over the store, baby section is all cramped up, and the list goes on. I don't shop there unless it's absolutely necessary like my prescriptions. If I need groceries from them, I do it on line. It's very frustrating and time consuming to physically shop in the store. I asked one of the supervisors (yellow vest) why? He said he had no idea. read more

I have to agree with a previous post in regards to the use of "Supercenter". This is where the general public goes to save money, and this Walmart is no different. I've been in much bigger Walmart's, which I personally would consider a real "Supercenter". This one, not so much. I'm thankful this Walmart is here, as it's a very popular place especially during the summer time. Being near the California border, I'm sure many come up to take advantage of the lack of state sales tax, so weekends can be a bit hectic. Often times, you can encounter a bus or two full of migrant workers or work crews that hit this store on the weekends. In regards to customer service, I've not had any one incident that made me never return. The Pharmacy can be very busy and it can take a long time to get your medications. With that being said, plan your trip accordingly when the store may be less busy. I've not used the bathrooms but my spouse has had no complaints to date when using them. I rarely see anyone sweeping or cleaning, only stocking shelves. My main complaint is, the produce section never impresses me. Living in the heart of the PNW farm country, I'd expect better produce. Not the case here. I choose to purchase my produce elsewhere. I also notice there are some challenges with them keeping up with stocking their shelves. Maybe I just shop at the worst times, or I'm just a day late and a dollar short. Not uncommon for me to be looking for a none sale item and it's missing from the shelf. All in all, I go there as it's the only Walmart close, so it does what I need it to do. Having been in much nicer Walmart's, I have experienced better but again, I'm glad they are here. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Health food section, NOT! But a selection typical of Walmart - Department Stores Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

My girlfriend and I previously bought a kitchen table online. We did one purchase where we thought we were buying just one, but they ended up charging us for two, so we of course cancelled that order and then the next day put in a new order for just one table. The following week we went to pick up our table at this location, took it home, and put it together. TWO DAYS AFTER I get an email stating that there is a pickup ordered for ANOTHER TABLE on an order I CANCELLED. So today, I went to go return the table that they charged me extra for. When we went to the pickup counter, the woman working was very rude when I told her the situation. She didn't say one word before she went to the back to bring out the table. I told her I wanted to return it and she said, "Call Walmart.com. Have a nice day." She left us with the damn table and barely gave us any direction to return it. I've always hated Walmart, but I thought they were perfect to order furniture from. I was totally wrong. read more

This Walmart is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I'VE EVER SHOPPED AT. Long story short: don't buy anything frozen from this Walmart (especially chicken strips) and NEVER buy their ground turkey. I was deathly sick from both of these. Also they're ALWAYS OUT of stock. Never seen anything like it. Needless to say, I DON'T SHOP THERE ANYMORE. It's bad enough that every time I go there I end up going to another store to get what I need but getting sick from eating frozen lasagna and bad meat from this Walmart was the straw. I will not buy food (anything) from this Walmart EVER again. read more

This is crappy for even a WalMart and that's saying something. Bc, well, it's Walmart! But this location is in a habit of putting out food where the packaging is so damaged that it quite honestly should have been thrown away. It's frequently missing labels or lids or a box is crushed to the point where I don't know how the contents aren't powder. And the food, even when newly stocked, is only days away from expiration. I realize that Walmart is known for being low brown but this is the worst one I've ever been to read more

Don't waste your time at this sink hole. The associates are rude as hell and very uncooperative. Didn't realize these were "essential" skills. Have to give a huge thank you to Mark the store lead at the Klamath Falls Walmart at 3600 Washburn Way. Had an issue with a microwave and after speaking with customer service multiple times, emails to Walmart and to Hamilton Beach, the run around from Hamilton Beach, and everyone passing the buck onto someone else, he took care of it. Went above and beyond out of his way to make sure it was corrected after providing all the details he needed. Called me back in record time. We were helping a relative from Kaneohe get household supplies for his dorm room in the Oregon TechnIcal Institute and found most of the items on his list at Fred Meyer; to finish his shopping we went to Walmart. There we not only found the rest of his items, but an electric fan. Nearly every other store sold out all their fans and new supplies were selling out as fast as they came in during this heat wave. He also was delighted to find a small electric alarm clock with USB charging ports and battery backup. First off the store is pretty dirty, look up at the air vents, all of them are dirty. There are almost more dead fish than living ones in the fish section. They lock up their shaving razors and treat you like a criminal if you want to buy them. Most of the carts are wonky. They have NO hand baskets. None. They understaff the check out lines. Wanna try the self check out? Forget it, it will have some stupid problem and you will wait 5 minutes for help. This Walmart stinks, literally, it's right next to a septic field. read more

The super center should be removed from the name of this Walmart. Call me spoiled because I'm from California but even the Walmart grocery stores in Northern California are larger than this so called "Walmart supercenter". I also felt as if staff was very gender biased. The women did not acknowledge me or look up when I walked down the isle while they were stocking. But upon walking past a guy I would get a hello, how are you doing today with a flirty smile as my greeting? Talk about not training the female staff to be more friendly. There was also an old lady at self checkout who could only handle opening 2 registers at a time with 1 for cash and 1 for card. Definitely won't sit through the self checkout torture again in my life. This Walmart is like your standard Walmart with clothes, pharmacy, cosmetics, food and electronics. Only different is they try to make their food section look larger while in reality again in California I've seen larger food areas in basic walmarts. Only Come here if you can't find a target in Oregon. read more
