This was literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. I would give…read morezero stars if I could. They told me it would take one month for my materials to arrive. After waiting a month and half, I called them only to be told that it would be an additional two and a half months. When I said I wouldn't have ordered knowing it would take that long, they basically shrugged. After waiting four months for my shower materials, no one called me to tell me that they had arrived. They then tried to deliver the supplies on the wrong day when I was out of town. I had to screenshot them a voicemail FROM THEM to prove that I had requested delivery for Thursday. Worst of all, we had ordered the particular materials because we needed an off-center drain on the shower pan. Yet the drain was centered. When I spoke to the manager, he tried to say that my contractor had signed off on the order (even though he hadn't checked to see how the order was placed yet). Then, he basically said I had no recourse even though the shower installation ended up requiring the drain being moved and hence was more expensive. When I got a little heated, he then hung up on me. I am following up to see if I can file a complaint with the BBB about being offered no recourse for not getting what I ordered.

I contact customer service and the first thing they say is that they don't do student account anymore it's been over a year. So the two women behind the counter are misinformed, not up-to-date on information, and not up-to-date on policies. There's nothing more unprofessional than going into a location as a first time professional buyer, then come to find out you're disappointed because the professional does not follow the rules and is not up-to-date on the policies. After A conversation with customer service I found out that this company does not provide student account anymore. They only provide professional accounts so that two woman behind the counter took my information had me write it down on a random piece of paper and then acted like they were entering in my information into the computer. Not only did I, but half of my class who has been to this location to fill out student accounts. I think the company needs to keep update with this location and the two employees need to be updated on the policy. Also giving out miss information to another professional is one of the biggest mistakes you could do in the beauty industry. Absolute joke of a business and location. Me and customer service had a good laugh.

Received no greeting and even after walking around for five to ten minutes we had to seek out help. The older sales woman looked and acted so intensely bothered at us asking any questions at all. She scoffed at any questions we did ask and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Minimal sizes in the store to even try on. Such a weird experience from a sales perspective.
