Was scammed into adding our landline as a new line (saying it would be free) WAS NOT. Charged double after two months. Went back to see if this was a mistake. First employee said it must be a mistake. "Manager" named Brett usurped our appointment and accosted us- saying we signed up for this plan. When we asked who would sign up for this? He said "I don't know, you did." Brett was extremely rude, condescending, and unkempt. Smelled bad. Maybe high? Would not recommend this store to anyone. Or VERIZON. Go to AT&T! Also spent hours on the phone with untrained employee whose only remedy to our situation was to cancel our phone lines completely?! Or buy back our phone at triple the retail cost. Time to go off the grid. JEEZE.

All their cases would fit models that I didn't own - until today, when I knew they'd have an acceptable piece. I was hoping they had the right color (I wanted a clear case for my new 5c model). Not only did they have one plastic one (that felt a bit too cheap, but the employee said was silicon (and almost felt like, if dropped, it wouldn't protect the phone any), the other one, though just a little less opaque, felt comfortable to use. The employee was very nice, though the case itself was a bit on the expensive side. What I have to go through for just the right "privileges" nowadays. If anyone ever asked me where to get a case, I'd definitely recommend here, although I don't generally have much need to get things every day.

I got active armor with AT&T to prevent spam text and phone calls. I was getting a lot of spam texts. When I went to the store, they told me there was nothing they could do. Thus was included in with my AT&T service, so I don't know why they refused to help me with it, but they never helped me with anything. I also had poor reception again. They told me nothing they could do that. It was my iPhone. I went to the iPhone store in Albany and they said it wasn't my iPhone. There was nothing wrong with my iPhone. AT&T has never helped me with anything. The worst store to go to.

I visited the Kingston AT&T store today seeking a replacement screen protector for my iPhone Max Pro. When I originally purchased the $40 Zagg screen protector, I was specifically persuaded by the salesperson's guarantee: if the protector ever broke, I could return to this store, pay $10, and receive an immediate replacement. This was the single reason I agreed to purchase the product. Today, AT&T refused to honor those terms. I was directed to the Zagg.com website to file a warranty claim, a process which requires dealing with a third party, paying shipping, and waiting for delivery. This is a direct and unacceptable change to the terms and conditions under which the product was sold to me. This experience reflects poorly on AT&T's corporate business ethics and morals. A company should stand behind the terms its employees use to sell products, especially expensive accessories. While I was not angry at the specific employees--who are just following orders--two of the three staff members I interacted with displayed noticeable attitudes. It is no wonder the store was pretty much dead at 5 PM on a Wednesday. When a major service provider changes its fundamental policies and compromises its integrity in this manner, it naturally drives customers away. I will be investigating switching providers immediately, as I cannot do business with a company that changes its terms whenever it suits their bottom line. Buyer Beware: Do not rely on promises made by staff regarding screen protector replacement programs at this AT&T location.

Farhan was the representative and he went above and beyond to help me with all of the heavy lifting. There were a few other gentlemen in the store that provided extra info that helped as far as benefits and working the T-Life app. The time passed quickly and I walked out with a brand new iPhone, benefits that actually suit my lifestyle and every line switched over without having to do anything with my old service. 10/10.
