The employee, during a previous position with another customer, looked like he was going to have a hard time dealing with my problem. Although it took him a little while to obtain the right information via his computer, it took him a few extra seconds searching for the product. But in the end, his register printed the receipt and I got away scot-free. He actually served my order well, with very little to worry about. I know I shouldn't judge people by their previous actions, but it seemed like a difficult encounter to associate to when I got there. The rest of the store was clean and maintained, but the aisles were a bit narrower and I was unable to make it through successfully without bumping into something. Their selection of goods made them an applicable candidate to suit me when their competitors lost my business, although don't expect to see my drug orders converted to this pharmacy any time soon, as I have a bit of a medical situation/crisis going on myself. I do remember, though the times I used to use your store when it was in that mall nearby, and those were definitely the good ol' days. I thank you for moving your store closer to the main drag and even adding that Drive-Up window, and even for now being a 24/7 store. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The second floor also sticks more hardware items but, you'll also find storage bins, kitchen and bathroom items including liquid hand soap. This year, cold weather, a few slips, and I have a situation with no heat and no water, wondering what might be busted. Steven has gone above and beyond, even in the telephone hand-holding, looking at the pics I sent by text, giving suggestions. And the hot water is up, the local company is gonna fix the meter spritz immediately, and we are working together to see if I will need help on the heat (any busted spots?) after I try to do certain warming techniques in the house after I had Love Effron prime the boiler. This is even without a visit needed so far (very busy holiday weekend, and a big $-saver for me.) Amazing would be a light way to describe the help Steve has given me, and I plan to turn over the maintenance and support of anything he handles, including some help in trying to set up sensors to help prevent future difficulties. The big thing ... he really cares about your problem .. getting it resolved .. sensibly. Thanks!

Beautiful store in many more ways than one:…read more Firstly, the SCENT inside the store is aromatherapeutic, but not in a strong herb doctor or mentholated way. It's a gentle smell, perhaps a mixture of the candles / soaps / parfums / teas they carry. Secondly, the ladies that work there are warm and inviting, welcoming us to the shop / offering complimentary iced or hot tea / providing overall GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Next-ly (if that's a word? and I know it's 3rd, I can count, for really), the items offered are a beautiful array of HANDMADE PRODUCTS in a wide price range for: _ home decor (furniture & accessories), _ bath (soaps, perfumes, candles), _ kitchen (some utensils, tea pots, mugs) _ children (clothes, toys), _ wearables (jewelry, some clothing, flash tats) _ gifts (cards, all of the above, and did I mention flash tats? ^ _ ^ ) Let's talk about FLASH TATS some more! Flash tats are these fun metallic temporary tattoos that adults can wear and that I first noticed some yogis wearing about a year ago. I'm into them these days - I came in wearing some - and chatted w/one of the ladies there about the small 2-pack of gold feather flash tats I was holding while she packaged the delicious tea I was purchasing. She said that her flash tats lasted her about 2 weeks which, if you're familiar with flash tats, you know that not all of them are made equal. Some come right off when you put them on but the ones sold here are long-lasting! _ GOLD FEATHER FLASH TATS ($6.50, 2-pack) She also explained that the tea I was purchasing which was the hot tea sample of the day - Cinnamon Vanilla Rooibos (red in color and looking lovely in the clear glass teapot heated by a tea light candle below it - which I think they sell and I wish I took a photo) was only 1 tbsp of the blend steeping for a few hours, and that it won't (and hadn't) become bitter. Also, the proceeds for this tea vendor go towards AIDS research! Gold star with a cherry on top! _ CINNAMON VANILLA ROOIBOS ($2.50/ounce = about 6 tbsp for this specific blend) After I purchased the tea and flash tats (9th mention here, haha!), I said to keep the change and instead of keeping in the register or putting it into a tip jar, they put it into a jar for DONATING TO CHARITY (which one I don't recall)! 2nd gold star with a cherry on top, a la mode (oui, that is vanilla ice cream). So come here if you're looking for a gift for yourself or someone else! It's a lovely experience for the senses in this lovely atmosphere of Nectar. Have and will return! Highly recommended.

In that, I mean that there was very little "chat" or personal interaction on the salespersons part and we were left alone for far longer than we wanted. Everytime we had a question we had to go looking for someone who might have an answer or maybe even (If we were lucky) find where our salesperson kept disappearing too when we were literally the only customers in the store. To be clear, It was OK and just OK. In our experience...when trying to support local businesses, we generally find a much higher level of customer involvement by the business. This was most definitely not the case here. The feeling that we got was one of......buy or don't buy....makes no difference to us. For absolutely sure we have received much friendlier and helpful service at the big box stores (Lowe's, Home Depot, Sams Club and Costco) and frankly expected a much better experience than we received from this store which on that day....at that time.....at least appeared to not care one way or the other about us or whether we purchased from them or not. We were in desperate need of the appliances and they were in stock and ready for delivery.....so, minus all the love.....we bought the appliances and gave serious consideration as to whether we would ever go there again. Probably not. Not Mad.......Just Disappointed.
