I had my cracked screen replaced on my iPhone & realized immediately the color was off. When I mentioned it to the person that replaced it, she shrugged it off. Within a few weeks the screen broke again, this time I had it replaced in the city - where I was told the screen Accessory Planet used was a 3rd rate, after market replacement and of terrible quality. Today, when going in to buy a case for my new iPhone, I ended up spending a few minutes. I always wanted to try them, but never had anything that they could help me out on. All their cases would fit models that I didn't own - until today, when I knew they'd have an acceptable piece. I was hoping they had the right color (I wanted a clear case for my new 5c model). Not only did they have one plastic one (that felt a bit too cheap, but the employee said was silicon (and almost felt like, if dropped, it wouldn't protect the phone any), the other one, though just a little less opaque, felt comfortable to use. The employee was very nice, though the case itself was a bit on the expensive side. What I have to go through for just the right "privileges" nowadays. If anyone ever asked me where to get a case, I'd definitely recommend here, although I don't generally have much need to get things every day. read more

Unfortunately there are not many options in Kingston to get your cell repaired so I went to see these guys. They were very friendly and offered a good price to repair my cracked screen. I signed the contract and came back a few hours later to get the phone which now worked. The next day the screen developed a new crack on it, so I took it back. The crack was under the screen protector part of the screen so you could clearly see it was not caused by any outward issue but rather the screen itself was faulty. The guys would not accept this and said that I had cracked it even though there was no sign of damage at all! I asked them to replace it with a new screen at cost, but they even refused to do this, saying that if worked when they gave it to me, so it was not their problem. I took the cell to another shop in Oneonta and they told me that the screen was damaged when they put it in as they could see the crack in it and told me that it was only a matter of time before it actually broke. I called in to find out if my phone could be fixed. It had a cracked screen and then I dropped it which caused vertical lines and and unresponsive screen. After I force shut it down, I couldn't turn it back on. When I explained this to the guy he assured me that it would be no problem to fix. I dropped it off and he estimated a turnaround of 40 minutes because there were two people in line ahead of me. I came back in half an hour and it was finished. Brand-new screen, fully functional phone. He recommended a $15 glass protective screen, which I bought and he installed instantaneously. He had many cases to choose from, even though I have an older model iphone (5), and I found exactly what I was looking for in a case. I highly recommend this kiosk in the mall. After he replaced my screen, the phone didn't work, and he refused to take responsibility.

I went to this place to get my iPhone 6 fixed in a hurry. Nothing else was open at the time. Unfortunately, I should have waited. The phone took about an hour to fix, which Im sure is pretty standard, and everything seemed to look great. However, about a month later, the whole screen fell off! Not from being dropped, or anything like that. It was just very poorly put together! The glue, or adhesive, or whatever they use to hold the screen on, had came off and the screen literally just fell off. When I called to see if they would fix it for me, they said absolutely not. I would have to pay the 135$ I paid a month earlier to fix what they didn't fix correctly the first time. Also, when I got it fixed from a real professional, they confirmed that whoever had fixed it before, did an awful job. Use this business at your own risk. It's very convenient, being in a mall and all, but I would drive the extra mile or wait the extra day to go somewhere else. read more
