So, I made a decision to sale my Apple Boxes. However, the City of Jackson blocked Spectrum services in the new Shiloh Springs Subdivision in Jackson, TN. I personally feel Spectrum didn't fight hard enough to provide services for our community. Yet, 10 months later Spectrum was authorized to provide services to the community. Spectrum Vermeer machine operators dug up our manicured yards, threw cigarette butts on/ and around our properties while laying underground lines. Spectrum refuse to come back to clean up their mess their employees caused to our community. I have called the supervisor twice and still Spectrum hasn't responded to fill big dirt holes and lay fresh grass in the yards the employees destroyed laying lines. Terrible customer service to the new clients who ordered Spectrum services in Shiloh Springs subdivision in Jackson, TN.
