I had bought a vape mod from them that turned out to be defective. I talked to the employee about…read moreit and was told I'd have to speak with the owner about it because they don't do refunds after 14 days.( it had been 18 days) I spoke with the owner and was told they would give me store credit for it and I was ok with that. when I went there the employee said I could get another one like the one I was returning. I told them no I was supposed to have gotten store credit for it .They then said it would be a refund. I was ok with that but the employee did not give the proper refund. I had gotten a prior military discount on the item when I purchased it. Even counting that in to the price I didn't get my full refund because the employee claimed that they could not give sales tax back. Witch by the way is illegal by IRS government standards. So it makes me wonder how many other people have been ripped off by their employees? I will never return my business to them because of this experience.
