I want to give a HUGE KUDOS to Zakaree "Ken" Williams at the AT&T Store - Vann Drive, Jackson, TN. Ken provided outstanding customer service, sales awareness and software management during my visit to the store yesterday. It's hard to find employees like Ken, but when you do they should definitely be Recognized! Being in management, I do recommend Ken for the 'AT&T Management Trainee Program.' My son and I are happy with our services, we left some Happy Customers and will be back! Thank you soooo much KEN for all your dedication provided and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!! read more

Rude staff. I came in 2nd and she decided to pick the 3rd person who came in. That is extremely disrespectful. I did not appreciate that

Stay away from this store... they don't know what they are doing! I have had to make several return trips to get my bill corrected and to get my device working correctly. Walking into this store will be a bad mistake!!! read more

Don't bother doing business at this AT&T store. I was told that appointment times are meaningless. They state they have NO obligation to notify you of a delay in an appointment. As a matter of fact, they were 30 minutes late in keeping our appointment. Wife went inside, wearing a mask, and was told she needs to leave store and wait in the parking lot, because "we have customers in here". This was from the store manager!! Fine management, fine example. As for me and my family, we will never do business at this store again, and will advise all who will listen, to take there business elsewhere. By the way, we found BestBuy much easier to deal with. read more

The service here is ridiculous. Been here for over an hour with the same 4 people ahead of me! When it's 6 workers here. To much of doing nothing. read more

This was the absolute the worst experience with an ATT store and its employees. What should have been a simple pick up of an on line order turned into my account getting so messed up that I had no service on my old phone. The African American manager on duty 9/4/2019 at around 7pm, acted like he could care less about fixing the issue and never even attempted to make sure I left the store with a working phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you can help it. Terrible, Terrible service. read more

This AT&T store is Great! I've been here a couple of times now and they have always been very helpful! Great customer service and awesome employees! The only negative thing I can think of is the wait but other than that my experience here was good! read more

I give this place one star because I can't simply give no star! This is one of the worst AT&T I've ever been! I always feel awkward when I come in. It's always full and it takes so long to get anything done at this place! My husband and I came in to get a new phone and we ended up walking out without ever getting any help because there were 3 representatives. Two of them helping clients and one just standing at the door with his iPad, waiting for people to come in to greet them, ask their name, and say that it's gonna be a few minutes instead of simply helping whoever is waiting. If you want to get a phone, just go to Best Buy. We went there right after trying at AT&T and it only took 15 minutes to walk out with a brand new phone! I can not wait for my contract to expire and switch to something else! read more

I had a good time but their sales director kept looking at his watch and acting like he was in a hurry and has something better to do. I felt very insulted.Although, the service was quick, no waiting in line like at sprint. read more

Terrible wait times. Severely understaffed. The staff is nice, but over an hour wait time every time, unless its right at opening. I never thought it would be worse than Verizon, but it is much worse. I would advise to stick with Verizon or make the switch if you live in Jackson,TN. read more

Not great. I made an appointment to discuss my plan and upgrade options because I knew I was eligible for an upgrade. I dragged my husband along because he is also eligible. When I arrived I checked in and waited. When an employee was finally available she asked me what I needed and seemed unhappy that I did not know what I wanted. I wanted her to give me options, explain the plans, etc. I ended up keeping my 4 year old phone and same plan because she just was so uninterested in doing her job. She even complained she had to work this weekend! I'm not under a contract and can walk any time, AT&T! Maybe across the street to Verizon? read more
