They always have good deals and a good selection. I once noticed a speaker being $10 cheaper on their website than it was in the store and the store price matched it for me. The salesman are knowledgeable and very helpful. We got a very good deal on a left over model Kitchen Aid dishwasher for almost half price. They have good warranties too. We have never had to make a claim using a warranty though.

I called Electric Outlet who explained he used them to cover his warranty's!!!! Very deceptive to say the least. Finally had a Samsung tech come and exam the TV only to say it needed a new panel. No not the fault of the seller but I should have been offered an exchange or my money refunded according to Samsung, Electric Outlet basically told me to go fish.
