After being a Verizon customer for 25 years, today I will be looking for a new carrier, I purchased…read morea new phone on line and was picking it up on the store, never been at this location and I don't want to go back, we where greeted by Dylan and after we said we already bought a phone it was like he lost a commission so he didn't seem like he wanted to help any further, advised him we couldn't transfer our information over and he said for 29 dollars Verizon could do it but no guarantee everything come over, he said we where lucky for the 29 dollar fee because other companies are charging 100 dollars , not to mention we purchased an otter box that came with no screen protector but we could purchase that separately, we paid a 35 dollar charge to to activate the phone , I get it everyone is out to make money, some of these charges are really not fair, for all the money you are being charged how much more do you have to pay for someone to show they care, or that they want to keep your business, definitely lacking in customer service , there's a lot of competition now and verizon is doing nothing to keep customers

I am a Verizon customer for 11 years. Went in this store Tuesday April 2nd @ 7pm for an issue with…read moremy phone. Two employees and a Samsung rep were in the store by themselves. No customers were there. I showed one of the women my Samsung phone , the notification for my email wasn't working. She looked at it for a min and asked me what kind of phone it was. She didn't know what she was doing and said I was in luck the Samsung rep was there. He looked at it for a min half interested, and then downloaded Samsung members app. He told me to call the agents on call and have them look into. This place will never get any of my business, even it I have to drive out of my way to go to another store. Sad customer service, both employees were more interested in surfing the internet on there desk computers and could care less about my issue. If I could give less than 1 star they would get less.

They said Hi when we walked in but they didn't say someone would be right with us or how long it might be or ask us what we needed. again he just needs to pay a bill real quick. I can understand waiting in line for your turn except when u can obviously be down with this customer in 3 mins or make him wait behind all these other customers that are getting new phones and switching accounts, things that take 30-45 mins. But the thing about it is when I simply ask if he could just pay his bill, and i wasn't being rude i just ask. The, I assume manager, immediately got rude with me and snapped at me. "No! If 15 ppl had to pay their bills then these ppl would have to wait." IDK one old man equals 15 ppl but this could have been real simple. Only thing i said smart was after that u said "Your supposed to have somebody working that can take a bill it point". and idk how "smart" that is or just reality but it was enough for her to kick me out and tell me she don't want my business. I already knew Verizon has a bad track record with customer service & no wonder with who they hire. I wasn't going to ever give her my business to begin with. Said they weren't exactly sure what to do to help me, had me contact customer service. The representatives in the store were no help at all. Had to wait three days for them to cancel the order completely before getting a new phone. Would recommend placing the order online before coming to the store and wasting your time.
