I went to pick up a prescription about a month and a half ago. They did not give me 90 days' worth,…read morethey gave me 48. They said it was due to trying to sync up with my other prescriptions. I protested but the lady I spoke to just stared at me like I'm an idiot, and they still charged me a full copay. Come to find out, they were five days short of syncing with my other prescriptions so I called and told them I was dissatisfied and I would like five extra days' worth with my refill so they can be truly synced. The man on the phone said that would be no problem. When I went to pick up my prescriptions, it was obvious I was shorted again. I asked about that and they said they were just going to give me the rest of the 90 day prescription (42 days) from the one they shorted me last time. I once again asked how that was supposed to sync up with my other 90-day prescriptions and they did not have a good answer, but they did want to charge me a second full copay for the other half of what should have been one prescription. I am sure this makes sense to someone somewhere, but I don't feel like being charged twice as much and having to come to the store twice as often.

The lady helped me today wasn't being mean to me at all because she can see I have been getting 90 days supply. I asked her could a card so I can get to have doctor to call the pharmacy. Now I have observed the white man in the pharmacy watching me, while he was helping another man. He left him and slide the card to me with while the lady was helping with his rude self. I said to myself that's rude racist lady lady manager! His face was so red! The hate has for us written all over his face! She looked me and I told her thank you. Now I was told he was rude to people of color. I'm not going to stop giving them bad reviews until we all treated with respect. We are humans too. I was told from target employees that was her smart ass manager! That's explain why they are rude and hate people of color! My family and friends told me stop going to location in Target. Then I was told the location on Hyland in Jackson Tn were rude and Trenton Tn too! I didn't do reviews but I was told how are people going to know my experience with CVS pharmacy. And since my job deals with the public. I am getting cussed out because of the laws of Tennessee. About three weeks ago. I asked about another location about the hours of operation . She said how do we know. We don't work there. That pushed me over the edge! My brother had a heart and kidney transplant April 9th this year still fighting to live in Nashville Tn . I could never treat her or nobody like I have experience at this CVS pharmacy. I went to the location in Nashville and Bartlett Tn treated me with respect. I have experience indifference three weeks ago and again today.

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Window attendant was extremely rude, told me that it would take…read more30 minutes to an hour to fill (had already been 30 minutes), so I decided to just sit in the parking lot. Went back when it had been an hour, only to be told (rudely) that she told me it would take 30 minutes to an hour to get the script from my doctor (who I called, said they sent over likely before I even left their office) and then 30 minutes to an hour to fill.... She never told me this or I would have waisted an hour sitting there. To make it worse, the second time I went through I asked if they would contact me when it was filled. She asked me if I was set to receive text messages (like I would know). I asked her to check my number and that it was setup, she then proceeded to tell me a number I've never had.... Only to find that she wasn't even looking at my information. Not sure what is up there, but definitely I would not trust them with your prescriptions.

When I first came to the Walgreens, I thought great I can get all my medication's perfect…read more Boy was I mistaken , I'm on several specialty medications. Every month I was having to make six and seven trips to get one month of medication . I have been on this medication for over 30 years. This is the first time I had to make so many trips. I continuously ask the manager - If we could make it so that I could pick everything up in one trip as I have always used to ! Also, I never had anything as a back up in case we should have bad weather or I may want to go on a vacation . After repeatedly asking her and seeing her resistance to fulfill my needs . After continuously being told, my doctors didn't respond and I haven't received your refill . I put up with us for over a year, not understanding why they're not able to do their job . Then the final straw came. After asking the manager again, why is she unable to do this. She became argumentative, and then Dr. Berkeley was behind the screen and did not intervene and take care of my needs either . At the point the manager told me that perhaps they're not the pharmacy for me. I decided she was correct . Amazingly, I moved to Phipps Pharmacy And Angela has been able to coordinate all my medication's to be picked up at one time ever since I've been with them . Plus, I have a full month of back up if I should wanna go travel or if something should happen. Amazing someone can care enough of their patients to fulfill their needs. Thank you again, Angela you are amazing. Perhaps you can train other managers.. lol Never have I heard your doctor hasn't responded for your refill . Walgreens manager actually told me I need to manage my own medication . At that point, I realized she was not capable of doing her job Again, let me remind you I have been on these meds for over 30 years and I have never had the problems that I had at that Walgreens that calls themselves as " specialty pharmacy ." Quite frankly, I don't see anything "special"about them !!!!!! I think corporate needs to really do a full investigation of the lack of professionalism of proper patient care !!! Because that Manager has no professionalism and no management skills. And perhaps she should go find another job. She is definitely not qualified.!
