This was the consult window. there was a lady in front of me and her issue took about 15 mns. . I waited and she left and I approached and the young girl asked what I needed, I said to drop off. She said there was a line and pointed to the ck out line. I said I have been in line (which she saw the whole time) and that I was in the right line because the sign said next window, not ck out window. She just pointed and told me I had to get in that line. I walked out and went to a nearby pharmacy in Arlington where they are super nice and quick. I called about 30 mns and asked to speak to mgr. and lady said he would be back Monday (this was Friday), I asked to speak to asst. mgr., she said there wasn't one, I asked to speak to acting mgr., she said there wasn't one. GOOD GRIEF. I will never go back to this poorly run store. Everytime I have been here I have a negative experience. HORRIBLE customer service and rude employees.

The prices are of course higher, but I like being able to run in and get out quickly. The employee are friendly and will hold a conversation usually ONLY if I initiate the conversation. Which is ok with me, they aren't overly friendly, but they haven't been rude to me. I've come here for passport pictures and well that experience was horrible, the lady taking my picture was not friendly at all. It was almost like it was an inconvenience to her, but got what I needed. I will continue to visit since it's convenient for me and close to the house.

The pharmacist, Phaniraj C., called my Doctor for verification, (which is normal), but somehow convinced my Doctor to change my medication to something different, and half the amount of doses prescribed. Why would my Doctor change a prescription to something different than what he wrote just an hour before? The pharmacist knows what is best for me more than my Doctor does?
